Located in Spa, this recently renovated cosy farmhouse and its outdoor swimming pool represent the perfect destination for holidays in the Belgian Ardennes.
With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, this 3-star holiday cottage will offer you all the comfort you could ask for. The large living room and its open fireplace will ensure you spend pleasant and peaceful moments whilst the smaller living room will soon become the headquarters of the children and teenagers thanks to its table football table. They will also be able to benefit from the internet connection that will make them feel right at home.
The South-facing garden is entirely fenced (which comes in handy should you have a dog) and offers a magnificent terrace with a barbecue that will allow you to cook up a storm at your leisure and a 8m x 4m heated swimming pool with a superb pool house.
The swimming pool is shared with the (very discreet) landlord, who lives in the quarters adjoining the cottage, but the tenants have priority over it.
The holiday cottage is a stone’s throw away from the famous town of Spa, its thermal baths and its Museum of the Water Town and Spa Horse Museum. It is also only ten minutes away from Theux and its old castle or Stoumont where you will the Forestia Animal Park. Finally, you can also find Stavelot and its famous abbey only half an hour from Belgium's legendary Formula One Circuit de Francorchamps and close to Golf Champêtre de Stoumont.

Try and stay a little more than one weekend: the region is so beautiful and there is so much to see and do that you will need more time to fully enjoy your time in the Belgian Ardennes.
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.
Maison spacieuse Super jardin avec jacuzzi, pétanque, piscine en été, trampoline,... Très bon accueil !

Toller Aufenthalt in sehr schönem Haus
Rustig gelegen, goed afgesloten voor het hondje. We hadden volledige privacy (en hulp indien nodig), ondanks het feit dat de eigenaar naast ons woonde. Mooie natuur, geen stoorelementen. Zeker aan de raden verblijf. Vriendelijke en correcte eigenaars. Winkels in de buurt.
Schitterend huis op een schitterende plek. Dichtbij Spa en met een heerlijk zwembad en jacuzzi. Enigste nadeel is dat er geen toilet op de begane grond zit.
Helemaal niet in orde maar we hebben toch al geboekt voor 2026
ruime woning, veel faciliteiten... Netheid ok, onder bedden wel veel stof, bij aankomst een minder vriendelijke ontvangt aangezien we voor 16u00 (inchecktijd) aankwamen en het huis was nog niet gekuist. Nadien was de eigenaar wel stuk vriendelijker

Prima verblijf. Huis en met name het interieur en badkamers zijn wel gedateerd dat is jammer.
Superbe maison cosy et chaleureuse, bien équipée; nous avons pu profiter de bouillonner dans le jacuzzi, de faire des partie de pétanque en famille ainsi qu’un Kicker, se réchauffer au romantisme d’un feu de bois, faire de bons repas autour d’une belle table en bois brut, faire des jeux de société et simplement se retrouver au salon dans des canapés confortables. La literie est confortable et il y a beaucoup de vaisselle, on reviendra l’été pour profiter de la piscine … bel environnement. Merci
Ideaal voor bevriende stellen of met familie. Ruime slaapkamers en 3 badkamers Rustig gelegen, alles aanwezig om te relaxen. Zwembad (30*), grote jacuzzi, infrarood sauna, barbecue.
Het huisje was prima. Enkele tips: Als we langer mochten zwemmen, zou het leuker zijn. Wifi viel soms weg en boven was het heel zwak. Als er een wc beneden zou zijn, is het praktischer.
