Een prachtige villa, zeer rustig gelegen, met heel veel ruimte, mooi aangeklede living, grote eetkamer, zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, mooie kamers, jammer dat er maar 2 badkamers waren voor 4 kamers, de ene badkamer had wel wat vochtproblemen. Maar in een notedop, een mooi huis waar iedereen zich meteen thuisvoelt omgeven in een prachtige natuur. Een aanrader!!

Fantastisch vakantiehuis. Het is schoon met een mooie ligging en een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Alles is aanwezig, inclusief beddengoed en handdoeken. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van Spa en dichtbij andere bezienswaardigheden. Een echte aanrader!

Schitterende woning met alle voorzieningen. Hoogwaardig afgewerkt met veel smaak. Opvolging van de gastvrouw was perfect. Ligging is ideaal, vlakbij de bossen rond Spa, de Thermen op wandelafstand (700 meter), en het centrum van Spa op 1 km. Wij komen terug!

Prachtige woning op een mooie locatie in Spa Balmoral! De omgeving en de woning zijn in elk jaargetijde een bezoek waard. Wij voelden ons helemaal thuis. Absolute aanrader!

Fantastische woning! In het echt nog mooier dan het op de foto’s al is. Ook de tuin en haar faciliteiten zijn prachtig. Het huis is met heel veel sfeer ingericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien, je komt helemaal niets te kort. Bedden waren opgedekt, voldoende badhanddoeken aanwezig (had ik wel vooraf voor de zekerheid even bij de host geverifieerd). Contact met de host verliep ook heel prettig. Mocht je nog twijfelen, dan zou ik zeggen, gewoon doen!

Super gezellige woning voorzien van alle comfort! De haard was een echte meerwaarde voor een verblijf in de winter! De keuken is zeer gerieflijk om te koken met vrienden en de slaapkamers zijn ruim en voorzien van kwalitatieve bedden ! Een echte aanrader !

Schitterend huis, gunstig gelegen t.o.v. Spa-centrum en het bos. Heerlijke bedden,.goede badkamer, sfeervolle woonkame open haard, vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar, speelkelder voor de kinderen. Bedden waren opgedekt en er waren zelfs ruim voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. Als we dan toch een verbeterpuntje moeten bedenken: er waren geen theekopjes en maar twee grotere koffiekopjes. Bierglazen waren er ook niet. Geen kritiek en niet onoverkomelijk natuurlijk.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist von außen und innen einfach wunderschön und war perfekt für ein gemütliches Herbst-Wochenende. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr hochwertig und sauber. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage in der Natur mit Nähe zum Stadtzentrum ist klasse. Es gab wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dit is een prachtig huis in het mooie Spa, op de noordheuvel. Met de kabelbaan ben je zo in het centrum van Spa. Van binnen is het huis zeer netjes en prachtig gerenoveerd. Fijn keukengerei, mooie grote wijnglazen, de grote BBQ buiten en heerlijke kampvuren voor fijne avonden met elkaar. Een aanrader voor iedereen. Ook het beddengoed was prima verzorgt (wellicht de website aanpassen dat gasten dat dus niet moeten meenemen). Wij hebben ervan genoten!
