The holiday home is in a rural setting, just 300 m from a forest and near a river. Stavelot is a 1.5 km drive away. There, you’ll find shops, restaurants, a tourist office, an ATM, and the market. But there’s so much more to Stavelot! There is the Abbey, a wonderful building next to the Amblève River, which houses no less than three museums. The picturesque cloister garden, in full bloom in summer, is also worth visiting.

For an adventurous day out, head to Coo Adventure or Club Actif. There, you can play paintball, go kayaking, climb, ride a quad, and go mountain biking. Archery, GPS hikes, and team-building activities are also an option.

Wildpark Coo is a must for kids. From your seat on a train, you’ll see all the animals native to the region, such as wild boars, stags, wolves, and roe deer. With a little luck, you’ll even be able to feed them!
