Located in a quiet village on the heights of Stavelot and Malmedy, this holiday cottage for two people is set in an authentic farmhouse in Beaumont, in the province of Liège, and offers beautiful views on the surrounding nature and the forest. There is also a stream and many possibilities for walks in the forest (marked trails, departing and returning to the lodging) nearby.
With an infrared sauna cabin, this pleasant holiday home is perfect for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. Featuring a high quality level of interior comfort, the pleasant living area consists of a lounge with flat screen TV, a dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen.
In your holiday rental for 2 people, there is a very comfortable bedroom, which was decorated with great care, and a bathroom with shower and sink. WIFI Internet access is available.
Outside of your holiday cottage, you will appreciate the surrounding countryside in all its glory, thanks to the beautiful view on the flowery garden. This is a large shared area of ??800m ². There is all the garden furniture you need to enjoy a barbecue. A private car parking with two spaces allows you to easily access the cottage.
Situated near the village of Bellevaux, this beautiful village house is ideal to discover this lovely corner of the Belgian Ardennes. Bellevaux is a peaceful hamlet that has preserved its old days charm. Its stunning architecture dates back from the 16th century. You can also visit the Bellevaux Brewery, a place not to be missed for craft beers lovers.
Stavelot is far from being left behind, thanks in part to the numerous cultural outings that its abbey offers. There you will find three renowned museums: the Historical Museum of the Principality of Stavelot - Malmedy, the Guillaume Apollinaire Museum and the Museum of the Circuit of Spa Francorchamps. All of them are perfect for learning while having fun during your stay in the Ardennes!

Het vakantiehuis is klein (kleiner dan de foto's doen vermoeden) en basic ingericht maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. In de keuken zou het handig zijn om wat extra borden, glazen, tassen, kommetjes te hebben. Een gezelligere aankleding zou leuk zijn maar dat hangt af van je eigen smaak. De sauna was een leuke bonus waar we graag gebruik van maakten na een dagje stappen in de buitenlucht. Belangrijk is dat het huisje netjes en goed onderhouden is. Wij hadden een aangenaam verblijf!

Le séjour est très agréable, le sauna est un plus, il y a de belles promenades balisées dans la région. Depuis la maison, on peut observer une grande diversité d'oiseaux.

Perfecte plek om, zoals wij, met de motor te bezoeken en daar vandaan dagtrips te maken met de motor. Hoge Ardennen, Luxemburg, Eifel Duitsland, alles op korte afstand ! Genieten. Parkeren op asfalt bij t huisje ipv grond oid . Aanrader

Een klein, maar fijn appartement dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Voor ons was het een prima verblijf van waaruit we wandelingen en de omliggende dorpjes + een dagtrip gemaakt hebben. We hebben genoten van de rust bij het appartement en het heerlijke uitzicht. Wij komen graag nog eens terug.

Het verblijf was aangenaam. Toch waren wij in eerste instantie onaangenaam verrast door de donkerte van het huisje -de foto’s doen echt anders vermoeden- en intens vochtig ruikende slaapkamer. Daarnaast bestaat het ‘terras’ uit een geasfalteerde plaats zonder enige planten. Omdat het huisje zo schoon was, zijn we toch gebleven. Omgeving is mooi. En er zijn genoeg mooie wandelingen te maken.

Le logement est bien équipé et relativement propre mais exigu, sombre et peu accueillant, contrairement aux photos publiées sur le site . J'ai fait une photo de l'entrée extérieure: la terrasse = une partie du macadam délimitée par 3 pots de fleurs et à disposition 2 chaises et une table en plastic gris., ce qui est franchement différent de que l'on voit sur les photos d'annonce. Encore une fois, le logement était bien équipé, suffisamment pour nous) mais vu le niveau, le prix en est excessif.

Het huisje is deprimerend en benauwend. We zijn dan ook na er gegeten te hebben en 1.5u bezinkingstijd, terug naar huis vertrokken. De energie kosten zijn gigantisch, het instructie blad komt een beetje bedreigend over (gevaarlijke hond, 65€ boete ???). Ik zou er zelfs geen dakloze in willen huisvesten.

Foto's op de website stroken niet helemaal met de werkelijkheid. Huisje voelt benauwd door de lage plafonds en het weinige daglicht. Terras is minder gezellig om te zitten dan op het foto lijkt. Douchen is niet handig. Doucheraam is nutteloos en douchegordijn houdt het water niet tegen. Bestekbak in de keuken was vuil.
