This beautiful, 4-star luxury villa located in the centre of the town of Stavelot was fully renovated in 2012. A comfortable stay in the province of Liège is on the cards for your holiday in the Ardennes. As soon as you lay eyes on the villa, you’ll be transported back in time. The owners of this 19th century (1860) manor have done their utmost to preserve its authentic charm. But it goes without saying that, in order to ensure an exceptional stay for a group of 14 people, it had to be modernised. Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated with warm colours and charismatic furniture. The seven bedrooms share five bathrooms with a shower or bathtub, a washbasin, and a toilet.
Your holiday home, which is intended for families and professionals alike, will meet everyone’s expectations: a relaxation area with a sauna, games room, projection space, spacious bedrooms…
The well-equipped kitchen lends itself easily to the preparation of the tastiest meals, even for as many as 14 guests. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the washing machine and dryer can help you out.

Wat een geweldig huis. Centraal gelegen in Stavelot met voldoende parkeerruimte voor de deur. Een mooie uitvalsbasis voor mbt tochten , ook handig dat er een garage aanwezig was voor onze fietsen. Gewoon TOP, graag volgend jaar weer .
Mooi verblijf, goede locatie en geschikt voor grotere groepen.
Super verblijf, enkel de tuin heeft iets meer onderhoud nodig.
BBQ is niet oke voor 14 personen, Tools voor BBQ waren niet aanwezig. Misschien parasol voor de tuin bij goed weer. Keuken was wat onoverzichtelijk.
We hebben een heerlijke gezellige tijd gehad met onze collega's! Het huis biedt alle ruimte en luxe die je nodig hebt. De host was super aardig en behulpzaam. De locatie is perfect, je bent binnen 10 minuten midden in de Ardennen. Gratis parkeren voor de deur.
