The villa has three levels, with a total area of 700 m². It can thus accommodate 10 to 14 people. On the lower level, you will find the wellness area, on the ground floor are the living areas, and on the first floor, the bedrooms. Also, take the chance to discover the circuit of Francorchamps, located just 9 kilometres away, and go karting. The town of Malmedy, only 7 kilometres away from your villa, has an enchanting setting with a monastery and many activities, such as bowling and a cinema. Het huis heeft volledig aan onze verwachtingen voldaan en eigenlijk overtroffen. We verbleven er met 8 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Uitstekend huis zowel kwestie van grootte, inrichting, staat van woning en tuin. Schitterend voor verblijf met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Ook heel wat wandelmogelijkheden in de omgeving.

Wij hadden met kinderen en kleinkinderen een geweldige week. Het huis was super, het ontbrak ons aan niets. Er was volop speelgoed voor de kinderen plus een geweldige tuin met speeltoestellen. Mooie fitnessruimte met alles erop en eraan. Kortom, we hebben genoten. Klein minpuntje: er ontbraken boven wat horren dus veel last van vliegen. Maar verder zeer aan te raden.

Deze villa was perfect voor een familieweekend om mijn 60e verjaardag te vieren. Alles, maar dan ook alles was er aanwezig voor groot en klein, van speelgoed tot keukenmateriaal, je kan het niet bedenken of het was er. Heel fijn vond ik de gezellige centrale living met grote open haard. De vele andere zithoekjes en plekjes waar je even tot rust kon komen, de welness, de veilige kindvriendelijke tuin, de inrichting van de woning en ook de heel vriendelijke ontvangst, heerlijk!

Een super vakantiehuis voor een familie of gezelschap met kinderen. Veel ruimte, een keuken waar het je aan niets ontbreekt. Voor ontspanning en inspanning zijn er ruim voldoende mogelijkheden in het huis en daar buiten want de omgeving heeft genoeg te bieden. De haard is fantastisch. Wij zijn er in januari geweest maar we kunnen ons voorstellen dat het huis in het voorjaar of de zomer ook een heerlijk onderkomen is.
