We krijgen volgende reactie van de eigenaar : "We hebben een probleem met Jacuzzi gehad en hiervoor heeft klant een compensatie gehad. Probleem is opgelost. Eveneens was er 1 brander van het fornuis dat niet goed werkte. Dit is vervangen en opgelost . Het fornuis is 6 maanden oud."

Zeer ruim verzorgd huis. Wat tekorten in de keuken zoals koffielepeltjes... Zwembad was goed alleen veel teveel chloor en chloordampen waardoor er sommige personen problemen hadden. Sommige badpakken hadden verkleuring van te veel aan chloor. De omgeving is er schitterend , wij hebben een heel leuke vakantie gehad.

We krijgen van de eigenaar volgende reactie : "We hebben chloor nagemeten . Dit was nog binnen de normen maar hebben op basis van de opmerking het chloor gehalte naar omlaag bijgesteld . De klanten van de week nadien hebben geen opmerking meer gegeven"

Een prima vakantiehuis, maar het huis is wat saai en er is een vochtprobleem in de kelder (naast het vocht wat het zwembad levert). Dit veroorzaakt schimmel en geur. Het zwemwater was alles behalve schoon waardoor veel zwemmers snel last van hun ogen kregen. Het huis kan enig onderhoud gebruiken. Kamers en bedden zijn prima. De eigenaar is vriendelijk. Vanuit de woonkamer geen verbinding met of zicht op achtertuin. Achtertuin in zeer matige staat van onderhoud.

Antwoord van de eigenaar : "Bedankt voor uw feedback. Ik ben verbaasd te horen over een eventueel probleem van vocht / schimmel. Dat heb ik zelf niet ter plaatse kunnen vaststellen. Het zwembad is constant elektronisch (met zout) ontsmet. Soms nemen spelende kinderen zand mee in het zwembad wat geen probleem is maar daardoor kan zand op bodem van zwembad liggen. Dit kuisen we telkens na verblijf op. Het salon heeft geen direct verbinding met de achtertuin maar wel de open keuken, die naast de woonkamer staat."

Het was een nette woning. Alles was lekker groot. Zoals de keuken, woonkamer, lounge hoek, zwembad en de kamers inlclusief de badkamer erin uiteraard ook. Perfect geregeld alles. super aardige man die ons de sleutels gaf en het huis liet zien.

Tof huis met zeer veel ruimte. Prettig dat elke kamer eigen sanitair heeft. Het zwembad is een grote troef, de kinderen waren er niet weg te slaan. Wij hadden een elektriciteitspanne maar er was een zeer snelle interventie. Wij hadden een TOP-weekend!
