This 2 star holiday cottage is housed in an old farm building and it is ideal for a group of friends or family.
If you are traveling with children, you will love the spaces in this house and they will enjoy the children's play area outside. During winter evenings you can spend some cosy moments inside by the open fire; while in summer, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue outside. The house features four bedrooms and one bathroom.
Located in a small hamlet in a dead-end street by a hillside, this area is very quiet and offers great views on the Roannay valley. The cottage is situated near many attractions to make your stay unforgettable. The woods and a river are within walking distance from the residence. We recommend a visit to Stavelot and its Abbey with its three museums: the Spa-Francorchamps Racetrack Museum, the Guillaume Apollinaire Museum and the Historical Museum of the Principality of Stavelot - Malmedy. The waterfalls in Coo are worth visiting; plus, you can take the kids to Plopsa Coo, which is just below the falls. Coo Adventure and the Club Actif offer a wide selection of activities for the more, and less, athletic people in your group. Finally, visit Francorchamps to discover the village; but also its famous circuit and its karting track. For bike rentals, please contact Ardennes Cycling.

Maison de vacances très bien située, avec un bel espace de séjour. Très bien équipée. Salle de bain confortable et douche dans plusieurs chambres. Celles-ci sont un peu petites et un peu humides. A une exception près, les lits sont confortables. Terrasse agréable avec grande table et sièges en suffisance, table de ping pong et jeux pour les plus petits. Vue splendide. Bref un très TB rapport qualité:prix. Un regret : nous n'avons pu bénéficier des réductions offertes pour aucune activité à Coo

Super verblijf! Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw! Prachtige locatie! Enige minpuntje waren de gordijnen (verduisterde de slaapkamers niet helemaal en ik ben helaas een lichte slaper)

Het was een zeer leuke vakantiewoning, vooral de rustige omgeving, doodlopend straatje, leuk om met de kleinkinderen te gaan; Maar zeeeeer!!!!! spijtig van het vocht in de kamers. als dat zou opgelost worden zou ik het iedereen aanraden. We hebben wel een heel leuk weekend gehad.

Ideale vakantiewoning voor 12 personen ! Zeker een aanrader indien je met enkele familie's iets te vieren hebt en je lekker heel het weekend de auto aan de kant kan laten staan (ok, wel nodig om naar bakkerij Piot te rijden :-) )

Endroit magnifique pour belles randos ou repos. Quelques améliorations de cette maison de vacances seraient souhaitables pour monter d'un cran dans notre appréciation : Banc extérieur avec table en mauvais état, frigo trop petit pour un gîte de 12 personnes, bac inférieur dans la porte du frigo cassé, support pommeau de douche ds la sdb branlant, wi-fi déficient et fuite d'eau dans le salon par le toit lors de l'orage ! Après ces réparations, ce sera parfait !

We hebben een enorm gezellig weekend gehad met 2 gezinnen met volwassen kinderen. Leuk huis met voldoende slaapkamers en alles is aanwezig. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk, we voelden ons erg welkom.

Magnifique séjour en famille. Accueil chaleureux. Gîte fidèle à l'annonce. Très grand, bien situé (nombreuses randonnées possibles à partir du logement), cuisine très bien équipée. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Encore un grand merci.
