This semi-detached former farmhouse is located in the centre of a village in the Ardennes countryside. It is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a living area that includes a living room with a wood-burning stove and directly overlooks the large dining room and the kitchen with its beautiful centre island. Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area, which consists of three double bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom with shower. The decoration of this house was completely redesigned in 2018, so it is modern and bright, and you will feel at home right away. Outside, there is a 120 m² fully fenced garden, which is ideal for your children and pet to play in. You will also find a beautiful 30 m² terrace, a petanque terrain, and a private parking area for three cars.
Your stay in Stoumont will allow you to enjoy many hikes and visits. Start by going to Coo to admire its beautiful waterfall and going with your family to the Plopsa Coo amusement park. The town is also home to the Wild Park Coo, which you can visit by boarding a small train. Then you can head to the December 44 Museum in La Gleize, which is dedicated to the Battle of the Ardennes, a decisive event of the Second World War.

Het huis ligt in een prachtige omgeving. Het is heel open en netjes met een afgesloten terras. Kleine badkamers per slaapkamer met met heel goede douche. De keuken kon iets beter uitgerust worden met nieuwe pannen. Salon is voldoende groot zodat iedereen kan zitten.

Maison cocoon dans un petit village perdu au milieu des campagnes. Dépaysement garanti. De plus, Céline est une hôtesse très accueillante et qui avait pris soin de faire des recherches afin de me trouver des activités dans la région sur le thème du brâme. mooi gelegen, bijna nieuw landhuis met een mooie afgesloten tuin en mooi interieur; keuken ook fraai en goed geoutilleerd. Fijne badkamers op elke slaapkamer en mooie toilet boven en beneden. Klein minpuntje het automatisch licht op de bovenverdieping is bijzonder vel waardoor je snachts naar het toilet gelijk klaar wakker bent..ook kraken de enkele bedden bij het omdraaien. Verder ligt het huis mooi centraal tussen dorpen als Spa en Malmedy en Coo is bijna om de hoek:-)

Een afgelegen stil en mooi vakantiehuis met meerdere kamers en badkamers. Alhoewel heel veel toeristen Nederlandstalig zijn zijn er op tv geen Nederlandstalige zenders te bekijken. Dat is niet klantvriendelijk.

Heel verzorgd, alles aanwezig in de keuken (en netjes), petanque veld was perfect, ruime kamers en woongedeelte. Communicatie met de eigenaars ging heel vlot. De rust (het was er heel stil), het uitzicht vanop het terras, ... kortom, een aanrader als je met een familie op zoek bent naar een huis met 3 slaapkamers (elk eigen badkamer, gedeeld toilet 2x))

Een voortreffelijk vakantiehuis met uitstekende voorzieningen in een prachtige streek. Eindelijk ook eens een huis met voldoende lichtpunten zodat je probleemloos een boek kan lezen. Zeer goede slaapkamers en iedereen zijn eigen badkamer maar zoals in vele vakantiehuizen is het zoeken om daar iets op te hangen. Enkele haakjes, meer moet dat niet zijn. Maar het is een detail, dit huis is een absolute aanrader.

Heerlijk huis met alle rust om ons heen. Mooie ruime keuken en woonkamer. Woonkamer zou nog wel wat meer sfeerverlichting in mogen. Nu alleen felle verlichting of donker. Perfecte slaapkamers met ieder een aparte douche, kussen zijn idd hard. Mooie tuin met een prachtig uitzicht!

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit gezellige vakantiehuis. We hadden mooi weer, dus volop genoten van het fijne terras met mooi uitzicht. Het huis is heel rustig gelegen, in een erg mooie omgeving. Er zijn verschillende wandelmogelijkheden direct vanuit het huis. De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk en de contacten liepen heel vlot.

We hebben een super fijn weekend gehad in een leuk huis. Pluspunten waren de badkamer bij elke slaapkamers en de centrale keuken. Minpuntje was de wezel die tussen het plafond en het dak woont, lawaai s' nachts. Bedden en kussens zijn extreem hard.

We hebben elke dag van ons verblijf bijzonder genoten van de rust en stilte – in een 250 jaar oud gebouw dat zeer mooi omgebouwd is en een modern hedendaags comfort biedt. Uw wandeling in de Ardense natuur start aan de voordeur. De dorpjes in de buurt, de bossen en valleien met hun kabbelende beekjes, die gaan voor jong en oud, en ook voor uw trouwe viervoeter, vele leuke herinneringen opleveren. Een verassende aanrader !
