With its four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this 310m² holiday rental is set in an old farmhouse and can easily accommodate your whole family. The modern and refined decoration will make you want to prolong those easy moments of relaxation. There is a billiard table in the living room for your enjoyment, while your kids can indulge in a table football match in the games room. Outside, there is also a slide and a swing for them, and you will also find a petanque terrain. The kitchen, which is spacious, modern and ultra equipped, offers an invitation to prepare nice meals. Finally, a private parking area with four spaces is also at your disposal.
Located in Tenneville, your holiday rental is perfectly situated for the discovery of many tourist attractions that are not to be missed. For example, La Roche-en-Ardenne, one of the jewels of the Ardennes, is only about ten kilometres away. There you can visit the Museum of La Roche Stoneware to learn more about the geology of the Ardennes. The majestic feudal castle that stands on the edge of the Ourthe also deserves a visit. Also in La Roche-en-Ardenne, the Brandsport Adventure team offer adventure seekers the opportunity to enjoy some climbing, kayaking or mountain biking. Also plan a detour to Saint-Hubert for an immersion in the heart of the natural wonders that the region offers. For example, the Game Park or the Domain of Fourneau Saint-Michel are among the must-sees in the area.

Mooie ligging, fijn uitzicht, groot huis en daar is alles mee gezegd. Woonruimte/slaapkamers bevind zich op 1e & 2e etage. Slecht onderhouden ruime woning (welke te koop staat). Houtrot in de tuin, speeltoestel niet als op de foto. Slechte staat matrassen, kapotte (doorschijende!) rolgordijnen. Al met al één grote tegenvaller. Gelukkig is de omgeving erg mooi en vele prachtige bezienswaardigheden op max 60 min. Wij komen graag nog eens terug via Ardennes Etape, maar nooit meer in dit huis.

La maison mériterait un coup de frais Les murs sont fissuré de partout. Dans le couloir qui donne sur la salle de bain du rée de chaussée on aperçoit un mur très amoché, sûrement dû à une ancienne fuite d’eau dans la douche et ce n’est pas remit en état. Le billard est en mauvais état également. Pour ce qui est de la literie je l’ai trouvé très inconfortable.. Au vu du prix demandé je m’attendais à plus de confort

Leek mooi op foto's, ter plaatse kregen we maar een beperkte uitleg. Juist tot aan de keuken en klaar. Huis heeft wel wat op/afstapjes, opletten dus. Biljartdoek was versleten. Hier en daar kwam de verf al van de muren. ook geen verduistering in de slaapkamer. Badkamer beneden gordijn aan raam geeft geen enkele privacy. Dit kan makkelijk aangepakt worden denk ik. We huren al enkele jaren huizen bij Ardennes-étape op foto's leek alles wel ok, eens ter plaatse was het toch anders, jammer.

Het huis is groot doch ongezellig. Er zijn ook veel kleine niveau verschillen in het huis, groot gevaar op valpartijen. Er waren geen hordeuren of vliegenramen waardoor er veel vliegen waren binnen. Wel een goede ligging, vlakbij de N4 en toch geen lawaaihinder ervan.

Uitstap met vriendengroep. Alles naar verwachtingen. Groot ruim huis, met alle voorzieningen en goed gelegen. Mijn enige feedback zou zijn dat je helemaal rond moet voor de BBQ en dat het het moeilijk is om op een kort verblijf de organisatie van de grote keuken onder de knie te krijgen. Labelen van de keuken kasten zou hierbij zeker helpen. Dit heeft geen invloed gehad op de kwaliteit van ons verblijf!
