Een prachtige woning op een toplocatie. Een keuken met al het nodige. Slaapkamers en badkamers: OK. Spelmogelijkheden voor de kinderen (gelukkig maar want het weer viel tegen). Toen dit even beter was, volop kunnen wandelen (zowat vanuit de tuin de bossen ingestapt). We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Prachtig gelegen en goed onderhouden huis. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig. Het is erg gezellig, voelt als "thuis"! Veel gebruik gemaakt van de spelletjesruimte. Er was ook veel speelgoed voor de kleinsten. Heel fijn! Goede bedden. Enkel de zetels in het salon waren niet zo comfortabel. Misschien de relax zetels van de vide naar beneden verplaatsen. We waren op vakantie met 4 generaties en hebben een geweldig weekend gehad.

Ruime woning met afgesloten tuin. Bijhuis met vertier is een grote meerwaarde bij 'Belgisch weer'. Winkels en uitstappen allemaal dichtbij. Leuke wandelingen in de buurt. Enkel een vergiet in de keuken ontbrak (of hebben we niet gevonden tussen het ruime assortiment). Aanrader voor verblijf met kleinere kinderen (massa's materiaal om zich uit te leven).

We hebben genoten van het mooie huis met prachtige uitzicht. De ligging is fantastisch met vele wandeltochten, fietstochten, kayak, ... en andere activiteiten in de buurt. Het huis zelf is perfect voor een gezinsvakantie, ruimte voor iedereen en de pingpongtafel/biljart/darts... zorgden ook voor het nodige entertainment.

Zeer mooi vakantiehuis. Rustig gelegen met mooi uitzicht. Het apart huis met speeltuigen en biljarttafel was een hit bij onze kinderen. Ook veel aanwezig qua servies/bestek/.... Ook de communicatie met de eigenaar was zeer vlot.

Mooi, ruim, karakteristiek vakantiehuis. Typisch Ardeens. Zeer mooi uitzicht vanuit het huis en terras. Leuk bijgebouw met biljart, darts, ... Ook een mooie overkapping. Ligging dicht bij Trois-Points waar je alles vindt wat je nodig hebt. Wij hebben de wandeling van Rocher de Falize gedaan vanuit Brasserie Bellevaux (verplaatst met de wagen). Ook vanuit het huis zijn mooie wandelingen te doen. Zeer mooie omgeving.

Points forts : le site de la maison : très beau, très calme, nature. La vue de la maison magnifique. Les volumes sont très agréables à vivres. Chambres confortables, les lits confortables. La grande salle de jeux est un plus. Tous petits bémols : à ne pas publier : 1. la cuisine (four à micro onde, casseroles, bac à couvert) aurait pu être + propre. 2. Pourquoi ne pas payer les charges en fct de la consommation ? 3. et ce serait + sympa d'avoir un contact réel avec le proprio ou concierge.

Wij zijn met 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen (7-13 jarige) in dit huis een week gebleven. De week voor aankomst telefonisch contact gehad met de eigenaar die ons van alles heeft uitgelegd over het huis/ omgeving. Dit was erg prettig. Het huis zelf is prima, wat verouderd, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Uitzicht is schitterend, erg weids. Het tweede huis/ speelhuis is in de winter niet warm te krijgen. Het hoofdhuis is heerlijk warm. Een aanrader om naar toe te gaan!

wij waren er een week met ons gezin 5 volwassenen we hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad veel gewandeld in de mooie omgeving en savonds lekker onder het afdak gezeten,ook onze hond vond het prima in de omheinde tuin. het huis was netjes en schoon en de vriendelijke eigenaar heeft ons een duidelijke uitleg gegeven ,alleen het afval scheiden was een beetje onduidelijk in verband met de Franse taal. verder kan ik de woning iedereen aanbevelen

Ce gite a répondu à nos attentes. La maison est très spacieuse. Idéal pour famille avec jeunes enfants. L'endroit est très calme et reposant. Contact avec le propriétaire excellent. Een zeer mooie woning en heel ruim in een prachtige omgeving. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal! Het bijgebouw met biljart, tafeltennis enz... is een groot pluspunt om na de wandelingen nog wat te ontspannen of om eventueel de regendagen op een leuke manier door te brengen. Een aanrader !

Wij hebben het geweldig fijn gehad ,huis met alles wat je wilt ,super dat de hond heerlijk rond kon lopen in de tuin ,uitzicht in de tuin is ook oké en we konden met wat regenachtig weer toch onder het afdak buiten zitten Jammer dat de WiFi in de kamer niet door de dikke muur heen kon ,zodat we geen Netflix konden kijken Voor dat we aan de vakantie begonnen werden we gebeld door de eigenaar ,die een uitgebreide uitleg gaf over het huis Chapeau voor de poetsvrouw ,fijn als alles zo schoon is

Leuk verblijf gehad met genoeg ontspanningsmogelijkheden. Heel mooi zicht wanneer je op het terras zit. Volledig omheinde tuin en hond was welkom. De eigenaar geeft een zeer uitgebreide uitleg via de telefoon. Vriendelijke man en antwoordt heel snel op onze vragen.

Een ruime en gezellige gîte, het bijgebouw is (vooral bij warmer weer) een pluspunt. Eigenaar was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eén punt dat in meerdere reviews terugkomt: De verwarming is matig. Bij ons sloeg ze op zaterdag een aantal uur niet meer aan, waardoor de temperatuur in de gîte niet meer aangenaam te noemen was. Toch een puntje waar men dringend werk van moet maken.

Superbe maison tout confort, très bien située pour faire des randonnées et du ski. François, le propriétaire, est très disponible pour donner des conseils sur quoi faire dans la région et pour donner les explications concernant la maison (il nous a contacté une semaine avant afin de tout nous expliquer et nous faciliter l'accès à la maison). Nous avons passons un excellent séjour en groupe et la maison y a fortement contribué !
