Uitstekend authentiek en gezellig huis. Veel groter dan verwacht en mooi ingericht. Meer dan genoeg badkamers en toiletten. Het huis is ook zeer netjes en geeft een echt Ardens gevoel. Het terrasje in de tuin maakt het nog aangenamer.

Een zeer gezellige en zeer mooi geronveerde oude hoeve., echt prachtig! Ideaal voor grote groepen. Echter, als de temperaturen beneden 0 zakken is het in de salon lastig warm te krijgen, idem voor de slaapkamers het bijgebouw. Nu, wij hadden de eerste dag problemen met de chauffage waardoor de boel natuurlijk volledig was afgekoeld. Op 1 dag (wij waren er maar 1 WE) is het dan lastig om alles terug goed warm te krijgen, zeker met vloerverwarming.

+ : Gezellig. Alles aanwezig. Proper. Warm. Groot. Voldoende parking. Lichten en verwarming stonden aan bij aankomst. Veel hout in de constructie, wat alles zeer mooi en authentiek maakt, maar soms ook spin(neweb). - : Communicatie in het huisje wat betreft de do's en don'ts is zeer gebiedend en streng (met boetes).

2de maal dat we dit huisje hebben gehuurd. Vorig keer was in december en nu een heerlijk afsluit van de zomer. De grote tuin was nu perfect! Heel ruim en gezellig ingericht huis. We hebben er enorm van genoten!

Altes Haus mit sehr viel Charme hergerichtet, elektrische Beleuchtung war gemütlich, musste immer an sein weil das Haus kleine Fenster hat. Ruhige Lage mit großem Garten, Sauna und Tischtennisplatte waren bei schlechtem Wetter öfters im Einsatz. Sehr zuvorkommende, freundliche und gut erreichbare Ansprechperson. Ungeeignet für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung, viele Treppen und Stufen zum Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer. Ein barrierefreies Zimmer mit Bad vorhanden.
