There are 10 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet here, so you never have to sacrifice your privacy. And it’s lovely outside too: you have a garden full of aromatic herbs, an intimate patio with a jacuzzi, and a pétanque court at your disposal. The biggest asset of this holiday home? The many leisure facilities. A relaxation area where you can nestle down with a good book and where the little ones can play safely. And, of course, the wellness facilities with a sauna, perfect for relaxing after a busy day!
The Sambre-et-Meuse region, located between the provinces of Namur and Hainaut, offers original nature reserves, such as the Lakes of l’Eau d’Heure. Our personal favourite in the region? The Fondry des Chiens Nature Reserve: a spectacular spot (in Viroinval) that reminds you of the Provence region. Good to know: the owner rents out electric bikes. They’re the perfect way to discover this surprising region! For a fun walk with the kids?–?including a picnic?–?we recommend the Ry de Rome walk in Couvin. A favourite of Ardennes-Etape parents. A visit to Chimay Experience is also a must: first discover how the delicious Chimay cheeses and beers are made, then enjoy a delicious tasting session of Chimay on tap.
You’re sure to think, “What a fantastic place,” more than once while enjoying the peace and quiet with family and/or friends. Rent this little piece of paradise for an unforgettable stay close by!
The best asset of this holiday home? The luna park located a little further away: it’s a super fun arcade with billiards, table football, air hockey, and darts. Be sure to ask about it, as this space is also open to other users.
It is necessary to respect the quiet and the tranquillity of the neighbourhood .
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Een zeer ruim vakantiehuis in het dorp. Prima bedden en badkamers. Pluspunt is de jacuzzi.

Zeer leuke woning en zeer goed ontvangen! Ligging ook heel goed. Zeker aan te raden.
Grande Maison très propre, cuisine bien équipée. Malheureusement, une acoustique exécrable dans la salle à manger et une pièce séparée servant de salon, très petite et pas conviviale. Dommage que la maison soit aussi proche d'habitation voisine. Toutefois, la région est magnifique et les randonnées superbes.

Zeer goed onderhouden vakantiehuisje met huiselijke sfeer. Bij aankomst wordt alles duidelijk uitgelegd en overlopen. Elks een eigen badkamer is een enorm gemak. In de slaapkamers zelf is er niet veel ruimte op overschot. Apart salon vond ik een pluspunt (wat rust van de kinderen). Geen krakende vloeren en dergelijke, alles is mooi afgewerkt. Eigenaars zijn begaan met hun vakantiewoning: nu wel vilt onder de stoelen, water van de jacuzzi wordt volledig vervangen,... Wifi tweede verdieping is niet zo sterk, maar gaan ze aanpakken. Leuk verblijf gehad.
Het grote voordeel van dit vakantiehuis zijn de tien slaapkamers. Het is ook gelegen in één van de mooiste dorpjes in de Ardennen, en niet te ver van restaurants en winkels.
Zeer proper, recent vernieuwde gite. Elke kamer met een eigen badkamer is absoluut pluspunt, zaal met biljart, kleine snooker, sjotterbak voor 8 personen, etc.. is een leuk extraatje. Ruime parkeermogelijkheden + oplaadpunt. Een tweede koffiezetapparaat zou handig zijn bij een groep van meer dan 12 personen. Alhoewel een aangenaam, groot terras, misten we een zicht op een vallei of een Ardense heuvel, maar die liggen achter de hoek. Klein, pittoresk dorpje en een mooie regio omte ontdekken.
