In this rustic-style holiday home, you have use of the facilities from its former life as a hotel, such as a bar and lounge area where you can socialise in the evening and a large number of bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Kids and grown-ups alike will have great fun in the games room, with pool, table football, ping-pong, darts and more.
A sunny outdoor seating area at the front of the building makes up for the lack of a garden.
There is also a public area for relaxing and swimming on the river Semois only a hundred metres or so from the holiday home.
You’ll be in the centre of the charming village of Vresse-sur-Semois and there is loads to do in every season! Keen riders will be in mountain bike heaven! For those who prefer walking, hiking routes criss-cross the forests and offer some fantastic viewpoints, like the view of Frahan from Rochehaut and the Tombeau du Géant (Giant’s Tomb). And, an absolute must when the weather’s good: kayaking down the Semois river! As you can see, there’s something for everyone here!

Het was een groot huis, fijn dat elke kamer een badkamer heeft. Er was recht tegenover een kerstmarkt. Dit was erg gezellig. De badkamers en meubels zijn wel wat verouderd.

Onze gastheer reageerde snel op vragen en was erg voorkomend. het huis is groot en prima geschikt voor een grote groep, in dit geval een hockey team met begeleiding. Alles is aanwezig, de keuken prima uitgerust. We hebben een prima passend verblijf gekend.

Grande maison de vacances. Beaucoup de chambres. Propres. Vieux hôtel nécessitant beaucoup d'entretien. Mais aussi beaucoup de charme, bien située (pas pendant la fete de la musique, jusqu'au 03.30 pas possible de dormir...). Parfait, bon hébergement pour un grand groupe. Pas de jardin, mais terrasse directement sur la route. Restaurant à coté utilise aussi une parti de terrasse. Des visiteurs de restaurant rentre dans la maison aussi... Bon prix

Enorm gezellig huis, slaapkamers en badkamers waren kraaknet bij aankomst. Ook een zeer aangenaam contact met de verhuurder, die enorm flexibel was in de omgang. Ik zou het elke vriendengroep aanbevelen!

Een hele leuke en nette accommodatie om er eens even uit te zijn met vrienden of familie! De eigenaar is super vriendelijk en helpt zoveel als mogelijk. Er is een hele duidelijke omschrijving van het huis. Leuk om zo ergens aan te komen

Verouderd huis en aan wat vernieuwing toe maar prijs/kwaliteit was dik in orde. Toplocatie voor wandelingen die direct aan het huis vertrekken. Ons gezelschap heeft ook 's avonds in het huis zelf genoten: goed uitgeruste keuken, gezellig salon en speelkamer. We kijken terug op een heel fijn weekend.

Maison ne correspondant pas à l'annonce qui est faite sur le site. Celle-ci a très mal vieilli et ne répond absolument plus aux critères de qualité généralement prônés par le site d'Ardennes étapes. La propreté et l'état général de la maison et des équipements proposés sont déplorables.

Wij hebben het heel erg leuk gehad, maar het is wel heel erg gedateerd. Locatie is top! Kortom ondanks bepaalde gebreken, erg leuk gehad! Het heeft een bepaalde charme die wij dan ook wel weer konden waarderen!

Vakantiehuis is aan renovatie toe. Badkamers (wat geen badkamer kan genoemd worden) zijn niet aan hedendaagse normen aangepast. De keuken bevindt zich helemaal langs een andere kant van de eetruimte wat niet praktisch is. Geen dampkap aanwezig. Ramen zijn ook aan vervanging toe. Netheid kan beter. Dit huis is niet aan te raden voor familie met kleine kinderen want er is achteraan geen buitenruimte. Niettegenstaande al deze negatieve punten hebben we samen met familie een leuke week beleefd.

Prima vakantiehuis, wel wat verouderd maar daar is de prijs dan ook naar. Alleen in de keuken miste we een wazemkap. Met koken stond de keuken blauw. Verders een prima verblijf gehad. Mooie omgeving. Heerlijk gewandeld en goed en snel contact met de eigenaar.
