In this rustic-style holiday home, you have use of the facilities from its former life as a hotel, such as a bar and lounge area where you can socialise in the evening and a large number of bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Kids and grown-ups alike will have great fun in the games room, with pool, table football, ping-pong, darts and more.
A sunny outdoor seating area at the front of the building makes up for the lack of a garden.
There is also a public area for relaxing and swimming on the river Semois only a hundred metres or so from the holiday home.
You’ll be in the centre of the charming village of Vresse-sur-Semois and there is loads to do in every season! Keen riders will be in mountain bike heaven! For those who prefer walking, hiking routes criss-cross the forests and offer some fantastic viewpoints, like the view of Frahan from Rochehaut and the Tombeau du Géant (Giant’s Tomb). And, an absolute must when the weather’s good: kayaking down the Semois river! As you can see, there’s something for everyone here!

Het was een groot huis, fijn dat elke kamer een badkamer heeft. Er was recht tegenover een kerstmarkt. Dit was erg gezellig. De badkamers en meubels zijn wel wat verouderd.
Nous avons passés un long week-end en famille, nous étions à 17 avec 4 adolescents. La maison était confortable car chaque chambre a une sdb mais la maison n'était pas propre.

Beetje verouderd maar charmant
Onze gastheer reageerde snel op vragen en was erg voorkomend. het huis is groot en prima geschikt voor een grote groep, in dit geval een hockey team met begeleiding. Alles is aanwezig, de keuken prima uitgerust. We hebben een prima passend verblijf gekend.
Grande maison de vacances. Beaucoup de chambres. Propres. Vieux hôtel nécessitant beaucoup d'entretien. Mais aussi beaucoup de charme, bien située (pas pendant la fete de la musique, jusqu'au 03.30 pas possible de dormir...). Parfait, bon hébergement pour un grand groupe. Pas de jardin, mais terrasse directement sur la route. Restaurant à coté utilise aussi une parti de terrasse. Des visiteurs de restaurant rentre dans la maison aussi... Bon prix

Súper séjour en famille, hôte disponible, tout est disponible comme annoncé et très bien organisé et expliqué! Nous reviendrons certainement!
Enorm gezellig huis, slaapkamers en badkamers waren kraaknet bij aankomst. Ook een zeer aangenaam contact met de verhuurder, die enorm flexibel was in de omgang. Ik zou het elke vriendengroep aanbevelen!

Een hele leuke en nette accommodatie om er eens even uit te zijn met vrienden of familie! De eigenaar is super vriendelijk en helpt zoveel als mogelijk. Er is een hele duidelijke omschrijving van het huis. Leuk om zo ergens aan te komen
Verouderd huis en aan wat vernieuwing toe maar prijs/kwaliteit was dik in orde. Toplocatie voor wandelingen die direct aan het huis vertrekken. Ons gezelschap heeft ook 's avonds in het huis zelf genoten: goed uitgeruste keuken, gezellig salon en speelkamer. We kijken terug op een heel fijn weekend.
Maison ne correspondant pas à l'annonce qui est faite sur le site. Celle-ci a très mal vieilli et ne répond absolument plus aux critères de qualité généralement prônés par le site d'Ardennes étapes. La propreté et l'état général de la maison et des équipements proposés sont déplorables.
Een mooi karakteristiek oud hotel op een fantastische locatie! Wij verbleven hier met een voetbalteam van 20 personen en hadden het omgetoverd tot “hotel de Vette Haan” Top weekend gehad!
