Very charming 3.5-star holiday home for as many as nine guests in Vresse-sur-Semois, in the province of Namur. The holiday home is very attractively decorated thanks to the frequent use of wood as a material. The bright living room with the pleasant wood-burning stove, comfortable sofas, and TV with satellite reception and a DVD player, is a lovely space in which to enjoy a good book or board game until late in the evening. The living room and dining area are open plan, and you have a view into the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. This is wonderfully spacious in design and features, among other things, a four-burner electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher.

You’ve got a lovely view from the living room over the wooded surroundings. Nature enthusiasts are sure to enjoy themselves here. The large communal garden offers more than enough space for children to romp around. And even the dog will surely be delighted with so much room to run around! The wooden veranda surrounding the chalet offers several nice sitting areas. On sunny days, set out the BBQ grill and garden furniture to enjoy a sumptuous home-cooked meal in the open air with the whole family.

The holiday home has three very cosy, homey bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, and a room with bunk beds for the children. There is also a beautiful shared bathroom with a lovely bathtub, washbasin, and two toilets.

Although this attractive holiday home is located in an exceptionally verdant setting full of untouched nature, basic amenities such as shops, restaurants, and the like are just a kilometre away. The location also lends itself perfectly to the most enjoyable hiking or cycling trips around Bohan and Rochehaut. This part of the Belgian Ardennes is also the right place to be (Récréalle Recreation Centre) for activities such as kayaking, miniature golf, wall climbing, mountain biking, and bowling.

Bouillon is an absolute must if you love history and cultural excursions. The fortified castle and the Godfrey of Bouillon Archeoscope Museum, are well worth a visit. You’ll also find the Parc Animalier animal park near Bouillon. Here, you’ll find many animals native to the region, but certainly beyond, such as lynx, bears, ostriches, kangaroos, and bison. The perfect outing for the whole family!
