This well-equipped holiday home offers a pleasant living space including a cosy living room with an impressive fireplace, a bar corner and even a piano. You also have a vast dining room to gather during meals.There are eight bedrooms in the sleeping area and each has its own bathroom. Outside, two terraces welcome you, one of which is covered and equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi. It’s time to relax!
And if you feel like having some fun, you’ll be delighted to find a ping-pong table and air hockey.
You’ll stay in the village of Petit-Fays (Namur province), in the Bièvre entity, quite close to Vresse-Sur-Semois. Your holiday can easily alternate between forest walks or bike rides and the pleasures of water, kayaking on the Semois river for example.
With its en-suite bathrooms, this holiday house is perfect for a family reunion where everyone enjoys the conviviality and privacy.
The logs on site are the only ones you should use, for safety reasons.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.
Keuken en leefruimte zijn iets verouderd
Fijn verblijf en genoeg plaats. Lekker om even de rust op de zoeken
Vakantie huis is zeer geschikt voor grote groepen met veel privacy per stel. De na heffing op de eind schoonmaak vindt ik niet terecht.

Fijn vakantiehuis. Ideaal voor grote groepen. Onze kinderen hebben zich goed vermaakt. Leuke ligging naast Bouillon.

Prima en zeer gezellig. Volop faciliteiten en goede keukenvoorzieningen.
Goed verblijf voor vriendengroep. Het pand is meer dan honderd jaar oud en is een oud hotel, en heeft daardoor de oude Ardense charme mede dankzij de grote open haard. Elke slaapkamer heeft een badkamer wat erg handig is voor een groep met koppels. Waterdruk en warm water in elke douche goed. De snelle afwasmachine in de keuken is een groot voordeel voor groepen.
Prima huis. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Sommige ruimtes konden wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken en airhockey was niet meer helemaal functioneel. Servies was niet helemaal schoon en hebben alles opnieuw afgewassen. Dit was een minpuntje. Voor de rest een mooi, goed verblijf gehad
Het is een oud huis dat dringend aan vernieuwing toe is.
Tres bien
Op de foto’s lijkt het mooier. De binnenkant is wel mooi ruim en voldoende ruime slaapkamers en bedden. Alleen in de keuken was het materiaal niet allemaal schoon. Buiten was mooie locatie. Tafeltennis tafel van hout niet zo goed omdat die krom trekt door de regen en zon. Badminton veld was wel heen klein. Dat was een mooie plek om te zitten. Wel mooi omgeving
