Met een groep collega's zijn wij voor ons bedrijfsweekend naar Orchimont getrokken. Zalig verblijf voor wat quality time samen in de natuur. Je kunt er prachtig wandelen, je stoort er niemand en het huis heeft veel te bieden (binnenzwembad, biljart, gezellige living). Enige nadeel is dat de sauna niet werkte tijdens ons verblijf en dat de elektriciteit ook even is uitgevallen en we zelf niet bij de zekeringkast konden. Maar dit was na een paar uur verholpen en er was goede communicatie hierover.

Vakantiehuis was proper. Zeer goed onthaald door de eigenaar op het afgesproken uur. Tijdens ons verblijf hadden we een verstopping van een afvoerleiding. Na contact met de eigenaar werd deze binnen het uur hersteld. De sauna werkte niet ( als gevolg van de vorige huurders ). Ook hier heeft men nog een poging gedaan om deze te herstellen, maar het lukte niet ( volledig defect ). Eigenaar compenseerde dit met een korting bij de eindafrekening.

Na een hartelijke begroeting werden we door de enthousiaste beheerster rondgeleid in de verbluffend grote woning waar we ons gaandeweg de week meer en meer thuis gingen voelen. De zitkamer en eetkamer voldeden goed, de keuken was voor ons toereikend. De slaapkamers waren pareltjes in een geheel eigen stijl met prima bedden. Het zwembad en sauna zorgden voor veel plezier. De accommodatie is omringd door bossen die tijdens ons bezoek in schitterende herfsttooi stonden en de stilte heerlijk!

Nous avons passé un week end avec un groupe de 30 amis. Magnifiques propriété au milieu des bois. L'endroit est fabuleux. Chaque couple sa chambre et salle de bain. Par contre la cuisine n'est pas adaptée à un groupe de 30 personnes, de plus elle est située au 3 eme étage avec une terrasse pas conviviale en contrebas. L'espace de vie n'est pas adaptée à 30 personnes non plus. Pas de chance rallye automobile tout le dimanche autour du gite et nous n'étions pas prévenus.

On s'attendait à quelque chose de plus luxueux par rapport à ce que nous annonçait les photos... Aussi, les photos sont un peu mensongères car il y a une partie privée à laquelle nous n'avons pas accès! La jolie veranda qui donne directement sur une terrasse et le jardin nous vendait du rêve, mais en fait ne nous était pas accessible. La seule terrasse dispo était entre 2 bâtiment sans verdure et à l'abri de lumière. Sauna en panne, Extracteur d'humidité aussi = énormément d'humidité partout !

Heel fijn huis voor een groep vrienden met kinderen. Te kleine kinderen erbij zou niet handig zijn met de vele trappen. Een extra kookvuur in de keuken zou wel handig zijn geweest.

Het is een prachtig huis op een prachtige locatie. Maar de kosten voor electriciteit die ze aanrekenen is echt excesief. Je betaald 3 x de normale prijs voor een kWh. Wij hadden uiteindelijk een rekening van 960€. Laadt je auto zeker NIET op aan de laadpaal. Wij kwamen ook aan tijdens een periode waarbij het buiten 30°C was. Maar toch had men alle radiatoren opengedraaid. De keuken is wel zeker mooi maar er staat een klein 4 pits inductie vuurje waarop het onmogelijk is voor 30 man te koken.

Wij verbleven met een groep van 30 collega’s als teambuilding weekend in het huis. Het was een geweldige plek! Prachtige ligging, heerlijk fijne slaapkamers, keuken en eetkamer heel gezellig. Zwembad en sauna echt heerlijk. Alles in huis is zo mooi en toch praktisch opgezet, je kunt makkelijk samenkomen en toch privacy voor een ieder. We hebben gefietst, gewandeld, de buurt verkend. Kortom dit huis en de omgeving vonden wij een absolute aanrader!!

Een heel fijn huis om met een groep te verblijven. Wat jammer is is dat de keuken op de 3de verdieping is en de tuin aan de andere kant beneden waardoor je niet veel van het weer mee krijgt.

Séjour presque parfait entre amis, familles, petits enfants , l'accueil de Katia était parfait. Il manquait quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine par rapport au descriptif, Katia y a remédié, nous avons eu une fuite d'eau dans une des chambres et Katia a été très disponible par rapport à cela. Il manque des crochets dans certaines SDB. Avec des enfants en bas âge, le salon manque de sécurité par rapport aux escaliers, nous y avons remédié afin de passer un séjour agréable. Sinon maison au top.

__AEV5_Event_119 Depuis début janvier 2025, la situation incorrecte concernant la tarification de l'énergie a été solutionnée. La tarification erronée n'a concerné que fort peu de séjours, et a été rectifiée par le propriétaire vis-à-vis des vacanciers concernés. Sinds begin januari 2025 is de situatie met de onjuiste energieprijzen opgelost. De onjuiste prijsstelling betrof slechts een zeer klein aantal verblijven en is door de eigenaar voor de betreffende vakantiegangers gecorrigeerd.

Er wordt op grote schaal misbruik gemaakt van de klant wat de energiefactuur betreft en dan durft men ook nog te stellen dat ze dit liever cash hebben en nog niet verrekend kan worden met het reeds betaalde voorschot. Het is ronduit schandalig.

Comme dis précédemment le prix de l'énergie est du vol et Ardenne étape ne fait pas son travail et ne protège pas les clients car le coût correspondant à 5x le prix du marché n'est mentionné nulle part. C'est du vol.

Fantastisch gelegen, bijzonder mooi en comfortabel huis. Onze groep van 30 collega's heeft hier geweldig weekend gehad! Extra pluspunten zijn de open keuken bij het zitgedeelte waardoor bereiden van maaltijden niet afgezonderd plaatsvindt, erg mooie slaapkamers met badkamers, veel te doen voor alle leeftijden. Minder ideaal voor een groep collega's zijn de uitsluitend 2 persoons-bedden + 2p dekbedden. Minpunt was wel de kWh-prijs: 1,60 tot 1.80 per kWh en dit is geen energiezuinig huis.
