Completely renovated in 2024, it combines modernity and comfort in a well-designed and equipped 50 m² space. Ideal for 1 couple with 2 children, it features a large living area where everything connects: the living room, the kitchen, and the double bedroom separated by a lovely wooden screen. In the attic mezzanine, 2 additional beds accommodate children or teenagers.
The living room is equipped with a TV and a pellet stove, creating a warm atmosphere during cool evenings. The equipped kitchen allows for the preparation of delicious meals to enjoy with family. The bathroom includes a shower, a sink, and a toilet, offering all necessary comfort. Outside, enjoy a private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue for convivial moments outdoors. A small outdoor seating area under a covered terrace invites relaxation.
The house also accepts a dog, allowing families to enjoy their stay with their four-legged companion. The deer rut, audible from the house with a bit of luck between mid-September and mid-October, adds a wild and authentic touch to the experience.

Een echt topadresje! Alles was goed. Mooie ligging in de nabijheid van Alle sur Semois. Het huisje is heel gezellig en met smaak ingericht. Een zalig bed, comfortabele zetel en het was er aangenaam warm dankzij de pelletkachel. Buiten is het ook gezellig met mooi deels overdekt terras en prachtig uitzicht. Heel vlotte communicatie met de eigenaren. Een absolute aanrader!

Hartelijk ontvangst met zorg voor privacy, kraaknet, zeer hygienisch, prachtige locatie.Wij konden de eigenaars steeds bereiken wanneer er iets niet ok was, of wanneer wij vragen hadden. Wat wij overigens niet hebben moeten doen. Wij (mijn vrouw en ik) verbleven hier een midweek. Op voorhand de reviews gelezen: verdubbel de goede reviews en minimaliseer de minder goede: dat is wat wij van dit vakantiehuis vonden. Echt een vakantiegevoel op een prachtige locatie. Geen adieu maar tot weerziens!

Mooi opgeknapt. Prima verblijf voor korte duur zoals weekend of midweek. Voor langer verblijf mis je dingen zoals het wassen van kleding en keukengerei zoals broodmes en vleesmes.

Het was op en top, echt een mooi huisje. Ze waren nog bezig met de tuin en de weg was open gebroken, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken, Het enigste wat echt tegenzat waren de stenen war je de auto op moest parkeren die waren echt niet goed voor mijn banden en draaien ging echt niet zoals het hoorde! Misschien in de keuken 2 hangers plaatsen voor de handdoeken, iets voor je eten wat niet koud hoeft te zijn, bv een lege kast en een waslijn, die hadden we wel nodig het regende elke dag. TOP!!

petite maison pour deux personnes. un petit nid douillet avec tous ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment ,une belle vue et un endroit charmant . nous envisageons de revenir. les propriétaires sont charmants malgré que nous avons conversé par whatsapp mais d'une grande disponibilité. les chiens sont acceptés mais la propriété n'est pas clôturée on a pas osé le laisser en liberté maintenant que l'on sait on s'organisera en conséquence mais à part cela c'était vraiment top

Een geweldig vriendelijke en hartelijke ontvangst. Speciaal voor kerst was het huisje prachtig in kerst sfeer gebracht. Heel knus voor een klein gezin of stel. (Realiseer je wel dat het in weze om 1 ruimte gaat voor wonen en slapen…). Alles nieuw en volledig ingerichte keuken. Mooi uitzicht en omgeving. Deel van terras overkapt, dus voor alle seizoenen.

Zalig om het weekend daar te vertoeven! Alles is aanwezig in het huisje en het dorp Alle is op wandelafstand wat zeer aangenaam is, voor zowel boodschappen te doen en voor een leuke apéro in één van de gezellige caféetjes in het drop. En een fantastische streek op te wandelen en te genieten van de natuur. Dikke duim voor de gastvrouw en heer.... Wij komen zeker terug!

Heel fijn vakantiehuis. Alles nieuw, mooi en slim ingericht. Prachtig uitzicht en op loopafstand van een dorpje met alle faciliteiten. We voelden ons heel welkom door een lekker biertje en jam die klaar stonden. We waren er te kort en komen graag nog eens terug!
