This detached holiday home is to be found along a quiet road. The fresh air of the Ardennes countryside will undoubtedly make for most relaxing holidays. This great vacation home is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor, you will benefit from 1 relaxation room equipped with an infrared sauna, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with shower and bathtub. On the first floor, you will find the large living area which will allow the whole group to get together for convivial moments around the table or in the sitting corner. You will also appreciate the table football table in the sitting room. The kitchen is also to be found on the first floor, as well as 2 extra bedrooms. There are thus 10 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms for optimal comfort. You will also have a wireless internet connection at your disposal. As far as the exterior is concerned, you will find a 320m² (non-enclosed) garden equipped with a barbecue as well as garden furniture. The children will also be happy to find a play area (petanque ground, swing and slide).
During your stay, you will be able to visit the charming village of Sourbrodt. You will discover its German style train station, a unique building in Belgium. This village is located near the High Fens-Eifel nature park. If you wish to discover the region in an original way, Ardenne Activity will allow you to enjoy an electric scooter ride until Ovifat, for example. The holiday house is also located just 1 km away from the cross-country skiing trails of Mont Rigi and the Signal de Botrange (the highest point of Belgium). You will also find sleigh activities there.

Verblijf was prima, huis is in orde. Huis was schoon en netjes. Wij waren met een groep met kinderen, dan is de indeling niet ideaal (slaapkamers beneden en woonkamer/keuken boven). Daarnaast is de boeteclausule belachelijk en niet-proportioneel: - per raam dat open staan € 90,- is natuurlijk ronduit belachelijk. - Sortering van afval is duidelijk aangegeven echter de hoeveelheid beschikbare zakken is veel te weinig om dit fatsoenlijk te doen Een verbetering/herziening is aan te bevelen

Prima huis, veel kamers en badkamers, goede keuken en ruime leefruimte. Er was een probleem met de verwarming op vrijdagavond, we kregen steeds een antwoordapparaat. Pas zaterdagmorgen iemand kunnen bereiken. Probleem (pomp was stuk) werd wel vlug opgelost. Al bij al, een mooi huis, fijne lokatie

Prima onderhouden huis. De bedden zijn wat hard, maar voor de rest is het prima. Het is schoon en netjes. De meubels zijn wat oudbollig, maar prima voor met een grote groep.

Grote vakantiewoning, ideaal voor een familieweekendje voor grote familie. Gezellige leefruimte. Zeer rustig gelegen met veel speelmogelijkheid buiten ( grasveld, petanque .. ) . Heel wat wandelmogelijkheden zowel direct vanuit de vakantiewoning ( skipiste, brouwerij, burcht Ravenstein) als op een paar kilometer (Meer van Robertvillle, Venen in Sourbrodt ... ) Een aanrader.

Het vakantiehuis is heel gezellig en ideaal voor grote groepen. Niet ideaal voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn, veel trappen. Het is wel een hele mooie en rustige locatie. Dicht bij bebost gebied om prachtige wandelingen te maken. Wel niet ideaal met honden want de tuin is niet afgesloten. Honden kunnen zo de straat oplopen. Er waren veel te weinig vuilzakken voorzien voor de woning om met zo’n grote groep een weekend door te brengen. Hele harde matrassen om op te slapen.
