This luxurious holiday home is guaranteed to give you an instant holiday feeling! Start your day with a refreshing dip in the (heated) swimming pool and then have a seat at the sturdy wooden patio table for a sumptuous breakfast. And the kids? You’ll probably find them on the swing or in the sandbox, or maybe they like to play ping-pong? There is even an indoor mini-football pitch, how about that? There is also a separate relaxation area with a sauna. Perfect for warming up or relaxing your muscles after a challenging walk! Not to mention our personal favourite: the charming cellar bar where you can socialise, possibly deepen your wine knowledge… or just enjoy without a care!
You’ll be staying in the heart of the High Fens, close to Lake Robertville and the ski slope in Ovifat. At the top of the slopes, enjoy the very special GrillHike experience. You receive a detailed route description and a backpack with everything you need to enjoy a barbecue in the heart of nature. Excellent! The nature here is very different from all the other regions of the Belgian Ardennes, which is why hiking is so much fun here. Our absolute favourite? The walk to Noir Flohay. A visit to the Peak Beer microbrewery in Weismes or the charming Bellevaux family brewery in Malmedy is a definite must. Both breweries are also at the starting point of great walks.
You’re sure to think, “What a fantastic place,” more than once while enjoying the High Fens with family and/or friends. You are guaranteed to enjoy a holiday here in every season.
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Mooi vakantiehuis met alle voorzieningen voor handen en veel speel voorzieningen voor de kinderen. Enige aandachtspunt was dat we de vaatwasser niet hebben kunnen gebruiken. Gelukkig stuurde de eigenaar direct iemand langs om dit te verhelpen. Goede service en mooi verblijf.
Très chouette maison à Waimes où nous avons passé un agréable weekend entre amis. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et la piscine est très agréable. Par beau temps, c'est un vrai plus de pouvoir profiter du jardin et de la terrasse pour manger et se détendre. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et très propres, nous n'avons rien à redire là-dessus. On recommande !

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. De woning zag er netjes en schoon uit. Voldoende ruimte en voldoende badkamers voor een groot gezelschap . De kinderen hebben zich goed geamuseerd met het zwembad, prachtig indoorvoetbalveldje en andere faciliteiten die aanwezig waren. Zeker een aanrader!
Cadre idéal pour partager un chouette moment en groupe... La piscine, le sauna, le terrain de foot, la table de ping pong , kicker et le billard sont des atouts. Manque juste un jeu de fléchettes pour être difficile. Le grand barbecue et les grandes tables donnent des atouts supplémentaires. Maison très propre et bien agencée. Merci à Claudio pour l'accueil.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, dass im Erdgeschoss und im Nebenhaus (Pool, Fußball, Tischtennis, Kicker) keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Einzig die unbequemen Betten und die laute Straße haben etwas gestört, aber ansonsten ist es ein Top-Haus mit einem Top-Service (Fragen wurden vom Verwalter sofort beantwortet) und einem unkomplizierten Empfang durch Claude, vielen Dank! Es war eine schöne Woche!
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour avec mon groupe d amis, le logement et les infrastructures étaient excellente. Rien à dire c était parfait
Het huis was perfect en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het was zelfs nog beter dan ik van te voren had verwacht. Waren met een grote groep vrienden en iedereen had deze ervaring. Goed bereikbaar, supermarkten en andere activiteiten in de omgeving. Zeker een aanrader!
Het was weer een goed verblijf
Super week gehad met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen,zwembad en zeker de voetbal zolders waren erg in trek .wij komen graag terug.
Prima verblijf met gezinnen met jong volwassenen. Het interieur is wat gedateerd. Schoonmaak kan beter maar misschien had dit met haloween te maken :-) Het zwembad en de speelmogelijkheden zijn top.
Heel mooie & complete accommodatie! we hebben een topverblijf gehad! Een aanrader!
Het is een heel fijn huis voor een grote groep mensen. Wij verbleven met 20 collega's in het huis en dat is prima bevallen. De grote recreatie ruimte met o.a. zwembad en sauna is een echte aanwinst!

La personne responsable du gîte nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de sympathie, tout comme l'équipe chargée de la maintenance. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec l'alarme, et le responsable est intervenu immédiatement pour résoudre la panne. Il s'est montré extrêmement aimable, aussi bien avec nous, les éducateurs, qu'avec les jeunes.

Zeer mooi huis. Enige minpuntje misschien was de positionering van de pooltafel. Deze zou beter in het bijgebouw hebben gestaan waar de tweede tv staat en dan waar deze tafel nu stond een zithoek met de tv. Zo zou er minder geluidsoverlast zijn vr diegene die willen slapen terwijl er andere willen poolen.
Prima vakantiehuis voor ons familieweekend. Je hoeft niet de deur uit, alles om je te vermaken is aanwezig.
