Leuke locatie en omgeving, de woning echter is wat verouderd en kan wat opfrissing gebruiken.
Zaken die normaal in orde zijn waren dit hier niet en omgekeerd. Piepende en krakende bedden maar dan wel weer matrassen van cava kwaliteit. Niet proper maar wel veel aanwezige zaken zoals wasproduct en koffie.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad. Wel had de buurman snel last van ons gepraat buiten en hij reageerde nogal boos zonder even te waarschuwen, dat vonden we vervelend. Misschien beter dat er alleen rustige groepen komen.

Prijs kwaliteit een zeer goede woning. Relatief groot. Goed uitgerustte keuken en handige zitkamer.
très bon rapport qualité/prix pour un we entre amis (12 pers) le logement ne manquait de rien mais un net rafraîchissement et entretien en profondeur serait nécessaire (salon fort poussiéreux, hotte défectueuse, toile d'arraignée) ) propriétaire difficilement joignable préalablement à la location

De woning is zeer slecht onderhouden. Rioolgeur in vele kamers o.a. slaapkamers. Geen Wifi en geen TV tijdens ons verblijf. Proximus is langs geweest en kon problemen niet oplossen ! Koffiezetapparaat gaf kortsluiting. Dampkap is stuk. De speeltuigen voor de kinderen zijn redelijk oke. Gelukkig hadden wij lekker weer en hebben we ons ondanks de vele mankementen wel geamuseerd door te wandelen, bezoek aan Dinant en de tuinen van Annevoie.

Aangenaam verblijf in een typische Ardense woning, met een leuke tuin (plezier voor jong en oud). Hier en daar zijn er wat zaken verouderd (dampkap, vaatwas) maar dit belemmerde het aangenaam verblijf niet. Goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en nabij Namen
Wij komen er zeker niet terug, alles ondermaats

Wij gaan het niet meer opnieuw huren. Het was er niet proper. Een beetje basis hygiene mag wel. Al een geluk dat de omgeving en het gezelschap alles goed gemaakt hebben!
