Very well-kept and contemporary furnished holiday home for 6 people with a garden, terrace, heated outdoor pool and sauna. Among other things, the wooden fence and the hedge make it very quiet, while it is also ideally located: close to the station and within walking distance of the village. Your company can choose from 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When it gets a bit cooler, it's cozy sitting by the crackling fire in the wood stove in the living room. The dining room conveniently and cozily merges into the well-equipped kitchen, where a small bar with a few stools ensures that you stay in contact with the rest of the company while cooking. Everyone will love the heated pool and the sauna in the garden. And on the terrace, it's wonderful to enjoy a good glass, while the meat is sizzling on the grill of the barbecue.
You are here in the beautiful National Park of the Semois Valley. You can therefore make unforgettable walks and bike rides. Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf. De keuken is goed voorzien en de twee douches en toiletten zijn een meerwaarde! Ook de ontvangst en communicatie waren correct. De tuin ziet er op de foto’s wel beter uit dan in het echt (losse planken, beschimmelde hangmat). Verder wordt er blijkbaar aan het dak gewerkt, maar de voorlopige dakzeilen maakten erg veel lawaai tijdens het onweer.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Eigenaar spreekt naast Frans, ook goed Engels. Huis is ook zeer geschikt voor de feestdagen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het was een hele mooie woning, met zwembad en sauna. Alles was in de keuken aanwezig, zelfs vaatwas tabletten, de bedden waren opgemaakt. Dicht bij centrum. Vlakbij trein, maar daar heb je geen last van. Het water van het zwembad mocht wel wat warmer. En betere verduistering in de slaapkamers.

Il vaut mieux savoir que - une fenêtre d'une chambre ne peut être ouverte à cause d'une bâche couvrant partiellement la toiture - le voile d'ombrage est fixé de façon artisanale et a dû être enlevé - le parasol restant est fixé au sol, donc l'ensoleillement peut gêner puisque le voile d'ombrage est inefficace - le propriétaire est accessible et fait le mieux pour intervenir ou réagir si problème il y a

Vakantiewoning met een bijzondere charme. De woonruimte vormt een aangename leefomgeving met een open vibe en zicht op de tuin. De woning heeft een ideale ligging: rustig en toch dicht bij het centrum van Bertrix. Heel hartelijk ontvangst door de eigenaar die ook prima bereikbaar blijkt.

Jammer genoeg zijn de foto's mooier dan in werkelijkheid Dit huis moet zeker nog wat verfraaiingswerken ondergaan bv vernieuwing bepaalde vensters, de afloop in de badkamer, het dak dat lekte ( gelukkig geen regen en afgedekt met een zeil) maar geen zicht Dit zou wel hersteld woorden. Het zwembad( nog niet gebruik maar dit wisten we) draden die zichtbaar zijn, hout die los of weg is dus naar veiligheid voor kinderen niet onbelangrijk.
