The house is a new construction, carefully designed to enjoy the sun and the breathtaking views over the valley of the Semois.
The villa features 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, ensuring optimal comfort and privacy for each couple. The spacious and bright living areas include 3 lounges, including a cozy sitting area by the cassette fireplace, a TV room, and a relaxation area with an infrared cabin. There are also 2 fully equipped kitchens, so everyone has their own space.
The house is divided into an apartment for 4 people on the ground floor and a second section for 11 people with a terrace on the upper floor. Everything is internally connected, making it ideal for large groups. The magnificent terrace offers a panoramic view over the valley, perfect for a relaxing evening around the barbecue.
For cycling enthusiasts, there is a secure bike storage. Additionally, there is an EV charging point for electric vehicles. The private garden and terrace are equipped with comfortable garden furniture, ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Een zalig weekend beleefd met de hele familie in een zeer prachtige woning. Een zeer leuke ontvangst door de eigenaar. Alles tip top in orde. Zowel het huis zelf als de vele voorzieningen. Ook de visvijver hebben we bezocht en wel degelijk gevist. Daarnaast leuke wandelingen vertrekkend vanuit de woning. Een echte aanrader!

Super mooi vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras. De bovenste gite is voor 11 personen, maar er staan maar 9 stoelen aan de eettafel. De onderste gite is voor 4 personen, hier staan 6 stoelen aan de eettafel! Verder misten wij savonds gordijnen voor de grote glazen ramen. Kwam wat kil over. Wij hadden al een mail gehad met zeer uitgebreide uitleg en de code van de deur. Toch kwam de eigenaar nogmaals dezelfde uitgebreide uitleg geven. Daar zaten we niet echt op te wachten....

Enkele weken voor verblijf uitgebreide beschrijving ontvangen (behandeling vuilnis, toegang tot vijver,......) en tips voor uitstappen in de buurt ontvangen van eigenaars. Vriendelijk onthaal door eigenaars. Zeer rustig en aangenaam verblijf met mooi uitzicht. Voor ons niet echt een probleem omdat we met 10 waren maar tafel is te klein om met meer dan 10 gezamenlijk te eten. De banktafel op het terras vindt ik persoonlijk niet passen bij een dergelijke woning en men kon er maar met 6 aan zitten.

Zeer mooi verblijf enkel vertrouwde de huisbaas ons niet en stond bij de voorlaatste avond op de oprit te controleren. En voor vertrek was hij ook niet de meest aangename persoon, zijn vrouw was echter heel lief en correct.

Un séjour inoubliable dans une maison magnifique, moderne et décorée avec goût. Dès notre arrivée, on s’est sentis comme chez nous. Tout était propre, bien pensé, parfaitement équipé – rien ne manquait. Les lits étaient très confortables, et chaque matin, on se réveillait avec une vue à couper le souffle sur les Ardennes. Un vrai havre de paix, idéal pour se ressourcer. Merci à Ardennes-Étapes pour cette belle découverte – on reviendra sans hésiter, le cœur léger et le sourire aux lèvres.

Vriendelijk en persoonlijk onthaal. Het huis was op en top in orde met de kwaliteit van een **** hotel. De gastheer was altijd bereikbaar. Er is meer dan voldoende parkeergelegeneid.

2 nachten verbleven met 14 personen. Het huis is echt fantastisch. Het huis is schoon en zeer uitgebreid uitgerust. We hebben genoten van het uitzicht en het mooie terras met parasols. We waren met een ouder gezelschap en miste een stoel op de slaapkamer.

Wat was het een verbluffend mooi vakantiehuis. Nog mooier in het echt dan op de foto's. Het ontbrak aan (bijna) niets. Stijlvol en strak ingericht, op niets bezuinigd. De eigenaren waren erg behulpzaam bij het brengen van onze vader met de auto naar hun prive visvijver. Mooie rustige plek, wat hebben we er genoten. Tip: een parasol op het terras zou geen overbodige luxe zijn bij warm en zonnig weer.

Aangename woning, ruim genoeg voor 15 volwassenen personen. Keuken super uitgerust aan alles gedacht! Ruime kamers en badkamers, voldoende wc aanwezig . Enige minpunt is geen verlichting of te weinig pad naar de woning .

Prachtig nieuw huis, met alle voorzieningen. Ruime kamers met elk een eigen badkamer. Het zicht, de bijhorende visvijvers en ligging dicht bij bod zijn fantastisch! Enig minpuntje was de geur van afvoerputje in de inkomhal als je binnenkwam. Een tip is nog een plek om buiten een vuurtje te maken om gezellig rond te zitten (eventueel op het lager gelegen stuk gras?) een jacuzzi op terras zou het helemaal afmaken :-)
