This large 19th century village house in the province of Luxembourg was recently renovated to guarantee optimal comfort for 22 persons. It is a perfect location for family holidays in the heart of the Ardennes countryside. Everybody will feel at ease since the holiday rental has got 10 bedrooms with private bathroom. There are thus 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Everything was thought up to guarantee optimal comfort and the ground floor is equipped with a relaxation area with exercise machines as well as an infrared sauna. The children will also be happy to find a playroom on the second floor. The main rooms are to be found on the first floor and the convivial living area will allow the whole group to be gathered together. The well-equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed together. In summer, you will surely enjoy a delicious barbecue in the private garden with furnished terrace.
Bouillon is a beautiful town in southern Belgium with a rich historical heritage. Vriendelijk ontvangst door familie van de eigenaar. Een gezellig huis om met vrienden een weekend door te brengen. Alles was pico bello in orde en het is een meerwaarde dat de bedden zijn opgemaakt. Mooie, pittige wandelingen in de buurt. We hopen nog eens terug te komen.
Prima woning, alles was in orde.
We hadden een fijn verblijf met onze groep vrienden met kleine kinderen en komen zeker nog terug! Leuke wandelingen gedaan en bezoek aan het kasteel.
Geweldig warm huis met een grote, goed onderhoudenbtuin. Hebben een top weekend gehad.
Maison très bien situé au calme pour découvrir la région. Très bien équipée avec de nombreuses chambres avec salle de bain et WC . Grande terrasse et jardin pour profiter un maximum. Comme souvent dans les gros gîtes, les frigos sont trop juste pour mettre les marchandises et boissons pour autant de personnes et pour 3 jours . 3 frigos mais à 3 étage différents. Pour le test rien à dire tout était parfait et je recommande vivement ce gîte .
Prachtig huis! De 10 kamers waren perfect voor onze groep met verschillende gezinnen. Het huis was zeer schoon en leek recent verbeterd. De recensies dat het vies is, herken ik niet. Alles was brandschoon.
Uitstekende ligging als uitvalsbasis voor de streek. Het huis biedt alle nodige comfort voor een groep van in ons geval 20 personen, waaronder een baby en een kleuter. Elke kamer beschikt over eigen badkamer en toilet, pluspunt. Een ruime eetzaal met praktische grote rechthoekige tafel , goed uitgeruste keuken en een ruim salon. Grote tuin met gazon zone, terras met bbq en uitklapbare verlichte luifel. Goede WIFI aanwezig in de living. Genoeg parkeerruimte .
Fijn huis
Séjour plus que décevant. Les photos sont bien trop belles contrairement à la réalités. Rien n'a été nettoyer. Sol avec taches, moisissures dans la douche, poussières sur les plintes, la tv (partout on va dire). Le propriétaire annule par sms 2 jours avant notre arrivée et ne répond à aucun appel. Je ne recommande pas ce gîte à moins qu'il soit remis en ordre et que quelqu'un vienne y faire le grand nettoyage. Manque de vaisselle, même pas un verre pour chacun alors que nous étions 22.
Nous vous remercions pour ce feedback. Le propriétaire a été sensibilisé et nous informe qu'il a engagé une nouvelle équipe, professionnelle, pour assurer un entretien et un nettoyage parfaits de sa maison, ainsi que la confection des lits. Ainsi, la toilette accessible depuis le salon a été remise en état, et la grille permettant l'accès au niveau du salon restera désormais toujours ouverte. Il en va de même pour la gérance et pour l'accueil.
Bij aankomst was de woning niet verwarmd; De eerste uren met jas aangezeten!!!We hadden iemand met krukken, niet gemakkelijk met de trappen! Er is wel een weg via de tuin om zo naar de living te komen die hoger ligt dan de straat maar deze was met een slot afgesloten....??? Het huis is voldoende groot en voldoende kamers en in de keuken is alles aanwezig.
La maison est dans l'ensemble agréable mais non déplorons plusieurs manquements: 1.Une toilette commune à l'étage de vie est indiquée dans le descriptif de la maison. Cette toilette est inexistante. 2. La maison est sale: cuisine grasse, salles de bain sales, frigo sale et puant, douches bouchées 3. les lits n'étaient pas faits à l'arrivée. Nous avons essayé à plusieurs reprises de contacter le propriétaire. Aucune suite n'a été donnée à nos appels.
Het is een ruime en mooie woning die goed gelegen is. De woning was wel niet goed gekuist. De kookpotten en pannen zijn wel te klein voor een woning van deze omvang.
zeer goed vakantiehuis voor grotere families, maar spijtig genoeg wordt de kwaliteit van de woning negatief overschaduwd door de non-communicatie van de eigenaar en de netheid van de woning die in verhouding staat tot de huurprijs van de woning
Vakantie huis is groot, de slaapkamers en badkamers waren ruim. Er is een grote tuin. Alleen voor boodschappen moet je rijden naar Bouillon
Ruim vakantiehuis met verzorgde kamers. De benodigdheden in de keuken zijn beperkt voor een grote groep. Bv het aantal potten en pannen is beperkt en het assortiment glazen mag zeker en vast uitgebreid worden. Het huis ligt op een mooie locatie om van hieruit MTB-tochten en wandelingen te organiseren. Iedereen kan zowel binnen als buiten rond de tafel zitten. De zithoek kan gezelliger gemaakt worden. Wij misten een haard. De tuin is zeer ruim. Een groot pluspunt is de garage voor de fietsen.
Ideaal voor een familieverblijf op mooie locatie. Een grote keuken met alles voorhanden. Douches en toilet op elke kamer waren ook zeer handig. Het huis mocht wel wat properder zijn.
Leuke vakantiewoning, goed gelegen en ideaal voor een grote groep. Vaste kost voor nutsvoorzieningen tijdens zomermaanden is echter te hoog
