Logement suffisamment grand pour accueillir tout le monde, grand salon et salle à manger. Chambre avec salle de bain privée pour chacun. Séjour dans un petit village tout près du tombeau du Géant, balade à faire aux alentours. Seuls bémols, la literie qui n'était pas au top et il n'y avait pas de tire-bouchons ! -:)

Wim is een vriendelijke gastheer en heeft een prachtig gezellig huis. De pooltafel was top en de sfeer van de woonkamer heel fijn. We hebben met 12 vrienden een heel fijn weekend gehad.

Het huis is ideaal voor een grote familie, op een mooie locatie. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Een aantal zaken die op de site staan zijn echter niet aanwezig: fitnessapparatuur, petanquebaan en spullen, buitenspeelgoed. de sauna is een ruimte met warmtelampen. Het hele pand heeft onderhoud nodig.

We hebben ons familieweekend hier gehouden. Een heel groot huis met aan elke kamer een badkamer. Het huis is aan vernieuwing toe, maar dit heeft ons weekend niet verstoord. Heel leuk voor een grote groep van alle leeftijden.

Prima ontvangst, huis kan hier en daar wat onderhoud gebruiken. Zwembad was nog niet schoon, vanwege temperatuur, werd direct geregeld.

Hoewel het vakantiehuis ruim is en elke kamer een eigen badkamer heeft, is renovatie noodzakelijk. De grote keuken en eetruimte zijn positief, maar algemene afwerking en netheid binnen en buiten moeten verbeterd worden. Ook de voorzieningen zoals de sauna, pooltafel, BBQ's en zwembad zijn aanwezig, maar niet in goede staat.

Het huis voldoet helaas niet aan de beschrijving op internet. Het betreft dan vooral de staat van onderhoud. Er is sprake van achterstallig onderhoud .

Ruime vakantiewoning met veel faciliteiten. Ruime eetkamer en woonkamer met tussenin een pooltafel, die weliswaar betere tijden gekend heeft, maar om met een groep jonge kinderen een spelletje te spelen was dat niet zo erg. De keuken was voldoende uitgerust met genoeg borden en bestellen zodat we maar 1 keer per dag de professionele vaatwasmachine in gang moesten steken. Slaapkamers en badkamers waren voldoende in orde. De woning kan algemeen een opfrisbeurt gebruiken maar ons stoorde het niet.

Het zwembad zou verwarmd zijn, maar dit zwembad kan niet verwarmd worden (wel door de zon, zei de eigenaar!). Stond nochtans vermeld Stank in de keuken, oorzaak niet gevonden Toiletten beneden niet proper (dan maar zelf gekuist) Hoofdkussens van enkele bedden niet proper Informatie bij Ardennes Etapes klopte dus niet met de reële toestand Ontvangst wat ondermaats en gehaast Positief: grote ruimtes, veel mogelijkheden voor kinderen, prima ligging

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, goede rondleiding met uitleg! Gerieflijke professionele keuken. Nette kamers met badkamer. (Probleempje met 1 kamer werd onmiddellijk opgelost!) Overal voldoende plaatsen voorzien. (Mochten meubilair plaatsen naar wens!) Huis was lekker verwarmd bij aankomst. Mooie locatie. Vele (aangegeven!) wandelingen in de buurt. Ook onze viervoeters waren hier welkom! (Tuin was langs achter niet voldoende omheind voor ze even los te laten). We hebben er allen (18) van genoten
