Holiday cottage in Daverdisse for 15/17 persons in the Ardennes, stunning views, sauna and games

This spacious holiday home is situated in the heart of a small, peaceful village.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided: 5 bedrooms, a living room, a relaxation area, a terrace, a conservatory, a sauna, a games room, and a small garden where the children can play. 

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a wood-burning stove and television, a dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (with a bar area), a bathroom and a conservatory. In the garage, you can safely store your bikes and/or motorbikes. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a games area and an additional toilet. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large multi-purpose room with a kitchenette, table tennis table, table football and darts.

Outside, you can enjoy a sauna for five people with a shower and the enclosed garden. There is parking for four cars, as well as a charging station for those arriving in electric or hybrid vehicles.

The view from the terrace over the surrounding valleys is lovely, and you can enjoy a barbecue there with the church steeple as your neighbour!

The region is ideal for relaxation and challenging hikes and bike rides. Cross-country skiing is also an option nearby in the winter. There is also a lot to do in terms of culture. This includes visiting the educational Mudia art museum, where children and adults can interactively explore more than 50 art movements. There is also the Lavaux-Sainte-Anne Castle, dating from the 17th century, where you can discover how the lords of the time lived and admire an impressive collection of taxidermy animals. And to see living animals, the tour of the Jardin des Hiboux in Graide, with its 80 birds of prey from around 40 different species, is not to be missed!

This large house, which is ideally located, can accommodate a large group. Plus, the region and the house itself offer a wide choice of diverse activities.
