The home is around 135 m² over two levels. Downstairs: a sitting area with TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a games room with table football and 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed (one with en-suite bathroom) and one with 2 single beds, plus a bathroom with bath and shower. For the little ones: cot and high chairs. Bed linen and towels are to be brought yourself.

The fenced 100 m² garden comes with a covered 35 m² terrace (with a dartboard) and a second 25 m² terrace. Outside, enjoy a sauna for 4 and a hot tub, for private use. A barbecue and garden furniture make for convivial evenings. There is private parking and a secure bike shed.

Rienne and Gedinne nestle in a green, wooded corner of the Ardennes, ideal for walking and cycling.
