This holiday house has the cachet of old village houses, with the punch of a great renovation. In the living area, you’ll love the dynamic colours on the walls, the space to move around in and the warmth of the fire. In the sleeping area, the authenticity of the location combined with a modern décor creates asuper comforting atmosphere, which is perfect for a good night’s sleep!
The outdoor space is also very enjoyable. In addition to the garden and terrace, an annex has become a haven for fun-loving kids with an indoor sand pit, a room with a blackboard and another one for the foosball table. Both little ones and teenagers will be delighted!
You’ll stay in the peace and quiet of the Ben-Ahin (Huy) hamlet, without direct neighbours. The region is full of castles to visit and architectural heritage. You’re also close to the Meuse river so enjoy plenty of walks along the water or river cruises!

The design of the bedrooms, with two parental bedrooms and two bedrooms for the children, allows two families to stay comfortably, or a family with grandparents for example.
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Superbe maison de vacances ! Maison très bien située , literie au top ainsi que tout les équipements de la maison ! Propriétaire très sympa , nous y retourneront sans aucune hésitation !
Maison typique très agréable. Une déco sympathique, des aménagements qui fonctionnent bien et des équipements qui répondent à tous les besoins. Mention spéciale pour la literie d'excellente qualité.

Vakantiehuis ligt mooi en rustig. Ontvangst was prima en huisje was netjes en schoon. Helaas hebben wij wel 1 dag zonder heet water gezeten door een probleem met de boiler/Stroom. En ondanks je een flink bedrag schoonmaakkosten betaald, berekenen ze extra kosten als je de vaatwasser die tevens schoon was per ongeluk vergeet uit te ruimen en het servies niet in de juiste lade terug legt, erg jammer, vooral omdat je ons niet hoort klagen over warm water. Voor de rest, prima verblijf

WAUW... dit is het beste huisje dat we ooit al hebben gehuurd in de Ardennen!!! Prijs/kwaliteit een dikke 10/10. Proper verzorgde woning met alles er op en er aan. Maar ook echt ALLES is voorzien. Ruime woning en super kamers. Wij keren zeker nog eens terug! Super lieve eigenares ook, werden warm onthaald en ze kwam ons ook uitzwaaien. Dikke aanrader!

Een charmant huis, dat tiptop in orde was.
Heel mooi gerenoveerde ruime woning, alle comfort is aanwezig. Smaakvol ingericht. De omgeving nodigt uit om te wandelen. Super vriendelijke gastvrouw. Deze woning verdient een extra ster.
Goed uitgerust vakantiehuis. Goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en bezoeken in de streek (Huy, Modave...).

Een fijn vakantiehuis vlak bij mooie wandelwegen en heel rustig gelegen. Op de slaapkamers ook heel goede bedden. Ook mooie tuin met genoeg tuinmeubilair.
Wij hadden een super gezellig familieweekend in dit mooie vakantiehuis!
Mooie streek, mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Heel goed uitgerust en comfortabel huis, in de keuken is al het nodige aanwezig! Leuk dat er spelletjes beschikbaar zijn. Jammer genoeg was het geen mooi weer, maar ook het terras met mooie uitzicht zag er erg uitnodigend uit.

Zeer mooie woning, leuke zithoek met zalige kachel. Goed uitgeruste keuken, ruime slaapkamers met een zeer goede bedden.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. De woning zelf is onlangs volledig gerenoveerd en uitgerust met moderne voorzieningen, maar met behoud van de charmante sfeer van weleer. Ruime en comfortabele slaapkamers en een moderne badkamer met bad en inloopdouche. Zeker genoeg ruimte voor 8 personen. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
Une jolie maison de campagne très bien rénovée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût (y compris les déco de Noël ?). Un séjour confortable avec un superbe poêle à bois, une cuisine très bien équipée, des chambre avec une literie très confortable. Et surtout un accueil chaleureux… Tout cela a participé à la réussite de ce bon week-end en famille.

Wat een fijne woning. Geweldig ontvangst door Nadine. Onmiddellijk aan leuke wandelingen (ook met onze kleine kinderen 2,5 en 4 jaar). Binnenkort komt er een houten omheining rond de tuin, dan zijn we HELEMAAL verkocht! Wij komen nog terug!
