This former henhouse has been completely renovated and converted into a real cosy little nest to offer guests a relaxing stay with your lover or your sweetheart. Comfort, calm and sweetness!
On the ground floor, you will find a small kitchenette and the dining table. All the necessary kitchen equipment is provided so that you can prepare a small and delicious meal to enjoy by candlelight.
Behind the door and the counter-step hides the bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Upstairs, under the roof, there is a small living room with sofa beds for two people. At nightfall, this room turns into a bedroom. From your cosy bed, you can watch the starry sky through the Velux window on the roof. And at dawn, the singing birds will gently awake you. With your feet still under the duvet, you can enjoy the view on the garden and the surrounding countryside.
In summer, the garden is the perfect place to relax, read under the shade of a tree or take a nap in the sun. The owner has set up a small round table and two chairs for lunch outside. A barbecue is also at your disposal.
This charming rental also has Internet connection. And it is ideally located in the countryside, just 10 minutes away from the centre of Spa. This is the advantage of the Ardennes!
Nestled at the edge of the woods, you can go on walks directly from your holiday home. For outdoor lovers and a nice change of scenery, the High Fens are not far away.
In the centre of the small village of Sart-Lez-Spa, accessible on foot or by bicycle, you will find all necessary shops: bakery, grocery, tourist office, pharmacy, etc.
The town of Spa is only 10 minutes away by car and offers numerous activities throughout the year. You can also find many shops, which are even open on Sunday, in this touristy and attractive city. And the market day is Tuesday.

Endroit très calme et agréable pour ce reposer
Dit vakantiehuisje voldeed voor ons niet. We wisten dat het klein was, maar te weinig plaats om rustig te genieten ! Slecht bed, muffe geur overal en in de tuin ontbrak het aan een degelijk tuinset . LIgging was wel perfect.
Ondanks de minpuntjes was het zeer de moeite waard. Nog wel een verbeterpunt is het bed. Het zakt in het midden helemaal in, voor mensen met rugklachten niet zo best.
Beste Bedankt voor je commentaar. We zijn verrast door uw opmerking over het bed. Na controle is de matras vervangen in maart 2023. De eigenaar heeft ook de staat ervan gecontroleerd.
Een zeer knus, gezellig huisje. Echt een aanrader voor 2 personen. En een prachtige tuin met enorm wijds mooi uitzicht. Kortom: Top !
Prachtig klein oud huisje in een prachtige omgeving voor een heerlijke vakantieweek met z’n tweeen.

Misschien huisje iets beter schoonmaken. Broodmes,snijmes,en aardappelschilmesje zou niet verkeerd zijn. Verder heerlijk genoten van de rust en echt een geweldig huisje. Zo knus.

Très chouette séjour dans ce petit nid au milieu de la nature. Cuisine bien équipée, chambre très agréable malgré le lit qui pourrait être plus confortable.

Het was een zeer fijne ervaring om in dit charmant huisje te mogen verblijven. Het was zeer uniek!

Een knus, gezellig huisje... rustig gelegen. Een ideale locatie om tot rust te komen. Goede ligging (dichtbij de dorpskern, warenhuizen, restaurants, bakkers, etc.) Mooie en rustige omgeving. En we hadden de eer om als eersten het nieuwe bed in gebruik te mogen nemen. ;-)

Zijn prijs waard. Verouderde elektro-toestellen. Zeer slechte opplooibare matrassen. Vriendelijke eigenaars, behulpzaam..

Locatie is rustig, maar zo'n grote tuin en er staat alleen een tafel met 4 stoelen en zitten ook niet lekker! Bed is heel slecht, weinig geslapen door rugklachten. Keuken is klein en maar 2 pitten om te koken. Omgeving is mooi, maar niet uitgerust door slechte zit en lig mogelijkheden om te ontspannen, erg jammer!

Het was een fantastisch huisje, de ligging was prachtig en genoten van de beek onderaan de heuvel. Het bed is een uitschuifbank. De bank zit erg lekker, maar de matras is aan de dunne kant. Door het lage plafon is het wat minder aan te raden voor mensen boven de twee meter. 1.85 ging net goed :) De aankomst was heel goed geregeld en alles was brandschoon. De tuin was fantastisch, de rust hadden we nodig van het alledaagse stadsleven.
14 dagen verbleven. Klein, maar knus en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alle privacy en waanzinnig vrij uizicht! Aanrader.

Wij hadden een ongelooflijk mooi weekendje, prachtige wandelingen in de buurt van het kleine, maar charmante huis. Wij komen terug! Jef en Evelien
Schattig en knus huisje voor twee. Authentieke ervaring, idyllische ligging en op ca. 30 minuten wandelen van supermarkt (onder het viaduct richting de rotonde). Erg fijn dat er talloze brochures met wandelingen beschikbaar zijn in het huisje. Tip: een vroege ochtendwandeling naar Jalhay, door de Croupet du Moulin bergafwaarts te volgen, de Hoëgne over te steken, linksaf mee te volgen, over de Ruisseau de Dison, opnieuw links, en dan rechts richting Charneux (vanaf daar wandeling 46)
Bijzonder gezellig peperkoekenhuisje. De peperkoek was al op, maar verder is dit huisje een en al sprookjesachtige charme. Het is klein, dus dat vraagt een beetje aanpassing. Maar het is zo knus, dat je het comfort van thuis nooit mist. De badkamer/garderobe is ruim en goed uitgerust. De woon/slaapkamer op de verdieping heeft een groot dakraam waardoor je 's morgens de opkomende zon ziet. De omgeving is prachtig, de tuin mooi verzorgd. Een zalige plek!
Het huis is klein maar toch gezellig, huurders brengen best hun eigen keukengerief mee. De verwarming lijkt primitief maar de dikke muren van het huis isoleren goed..De slaapbanken zijn van slechte kwaliteit, mensen met rugklachten zoeken best elders te huren.. De ligging is ideaal, zeer rustig en niet ver van het dorp..
