This former village house was fully renovated in 2026, lovingly, by its owner. The result wins you over straight away: quality finishes and a host of original touches, including a large suspended net that doubles as a relaxation nook for the children, all of which give the place its charm. Spread over three levels and around 330 m², the house gives everyone their own space while keeping a genuinely convivial feel.

The house has five bedrooms and just as many bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. This flexible layout suits three families just as well as five couples. Travelling with a little one? You can pack (a little) lighter: baby equipment (cot, high chair and baby bath) is provided on site.

Billiards, foosball and darts: a holiday home built for fun

At the heart of the house, the spacious living room is a real entertainment space: billiards, foosball, darts, a bar area and a television come together to liven up your evenings. The electric cassette fire brings a warm atmosphere, welcome in the shoulder season and over the year-end holidays. Alongside, you'll find the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen (five-zone induction hob, two fridges, dishwasher, pierrade grill, raclette…). Upstairs, a second lounge with a TV awaits on the top floor.

Two private terraces, pétanque and a barbecue for sunny days

The house has everything you need to keep busy on rainy days, but it's no slouch when the weather is fine either! You can enjoy two private terraces (27 and 50 m²), sheltered from view and overlooking the garden and the village. And if you fancy breaking the quiet, take on a game of pétanque on the dedicated court!

What to do in Vencimont, around Gedinne and the Croix-Scaille?

Everything is a stone's throw away: the woods, the bakery, the restaurants and the tourist office are literally next to the holiday home, in the centre of the village of Vencimont. If you're after a supermarket, you'll need to head to Gedinne (10 km).

When it comes to activities, the region is a real paradise for walkers and cyclists, thanks to its countless trails and hiking routes. Don't miss the Croix-Scaille and its Tour du Millénaire, which offers a magnificent panorama over the Ardennes forest (and a ski slope in winter). For a cultural outing, the book village of Redu is well worth the trip, as are the walks in the nearby Semois Valley National Park.
