The house is around 200 m² over 2 levels. On the ground floor: the indoor pool, a sitting area with TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, 3 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds, and a second bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels are to be brought yourself.

A heated indoor pool, all year round

The private pool (6 by 4 metres) is heated to 27° and available in every season, with a roller shutter and loungers to relax afterwards. Outside lies a generous 1000 m² garden, with a 60 m² terrace and a barbecue. Cyclists will find a secure shed, and those driving electric can charge on site. The woods and a river are just a kilometre away.

What to do around Waimes and Robertville?

Lake Robertville is 600 metres away: swimming, boating and lakeside walks. Nearby, the medieval Reinhardstein Castle towers above the valley. And the High Fens, Belgium's largest nature reserve with the Signal de Botrange, begin around the corner. The lively towns of Malmedy and Stavelot, and fashionable Spa, are a short quarter-hour away.
