Knus, gezellig huisje. Voldoet aan alle behoeften van een gezin met kinderen. De tuin mag iets meer verzorgd zijn met korter gras en misschien wat meer spelen, er is daar enkel een schommel met een groot, leeg grasveld. Voor de rest, prachtige buurt, mooie wandel en fietspaden. Kortom, een leuke vakantie gehad. Zeker een aanrader!

schitterende ligging , beetje jammer dat Wifi en tv niet werkte , was teleurstelling voor kinderen. Maar ondanks dat komen we absoluut nog eens terug .

Grote méérwaarde is de ideale ligging ... verder kan het huis een goede opknapbeurt gebruiken ... De aanbouw van een (gesloten) veranda zou véél soelaas kunnen bieden ... en we weten het hoor .... dan spreken we niet méér over een kleine investering ... Globaal genomen zijn en blijven wij tevreden over Ardennes Etappe, maar hadden net iets grotere verwachtingen over ons verblijf ... de liggen en het wéér hebben natuurlijk alles goedgemaakt ! :-)

2de maal dat we dit huisje met vrienden huren omdat we het ideaal past bij onze wensen voor 2 gezinnen van 5 met jonge tieners. Alles is aanwezig voor een gezellig samenzijn: ruime tuin, een speelruimte voor de kids, enz. de douche/badkamer is wel aan een opfrissing toe.

Wij hebben een zeer fijn weekend achter de rug. Ligging van de woning is perfect, doodlopende straat. Mooie tuin. Huis zelf is wel wat gedemodeerd maar alles kraaknet dus stoorde helemaal niet. Prijs/kwaliteit waar voor zijn geld. Badkamer boven is wel aan vernieuwing toe. Ook een plus, verwarming stond aan bij aankomst wat maakte dat het een aangename temperatuur was toen we binnenkwamen, dat was zeer fijn. We gaan zeker nog terug naar deze regio.
