How do I get the keys to the holiday home that I have booked?
The keys of the holiday home will be given to you on arrival by your contact person.
Remember to notify him/her, the day before, of your arrival time for him/her to be able to give you a smooth welcome.
You will find his/her details and the precise address of your holiday home, on receipt of the balance of your holiday, in your Customer Space.
