Has the holiday home I have booked been affected by the floods?

The floods in Wallonia might have hit somewhere near where you are going to be staying, we understand your concern about this. 

We would like you to know that everyone whose holiday has been affected by the floods has been informed. 

So if you have not heard from us, this means that your holiday can go ahead without any problems.
