Goeie ligging, mooi huis, comfort prima. Enkele materiële zaken verdienen een aanpak (stopcontacten loszittend, deur vanuit keuken naar terras)

Mooi vakantiehuis. Met wat puzzelen krijg je ook wel vlot 5 wagens geparkeerd. Keuken en woonkamer zijn goed uitgerust en er is binnen veel ruimte.

Prachtige ligging, prima uitvalsbasis voor verschillende leuke activiteiten. Huisje zelf heeft veel potentie, maar er is echt wel achterstallig onderhoud. Als dit aangepakt zou worden is het een tophuis! Huisje is niet geschikt voor gezinnen met erg jonge kinderen ivm open trappen me zonder traphekjes en redelijk open relingen.

zeer goed / wel hier en daar slijtage die niet verholpen wordt: gordijn living kan niet omhoog, venster keuken sluit niet goed + een lat is losgekomen en die ligt dar met een 5tal nagels erdoor . . . .

De vakantiewoning is zeer rustig gelegen. Optimaal als uitvalbasis om de omgeving rond Dinant te verkennen. Het huis was zeer proper en voorzien van een goed uitgeruste keuken en vooral een grote frigo en diepvries. De kamers met allemaal een eigen badkamer en toilet vonden wij een pluspunt. Er konden ruim 3 auto's parkeren en er was zelfs een E-laadpaal. Het enige minpuntje vonden wij de oprit die niet goed aansloot met de weg. Voor ons is het zeker een aanrader.

Zeer leuk vakantiehuis met veel ruimte en goede tuin voor honden. Tuin zou wel een beetje aandacht mogen krijgen (veel kale plekken, zand en dus modder na een regenbui, niet zo ideaal voor de honden proper te houden). Enige minpuntje was de communicatie op voorhand voor de sleutel op te halen maar ter plaatse zeer vlot geregeld.

Aangenaam vakantiehuis met ideale indeling voor onze familie. Bij aankomst met de wagen niet op de oprit geraakt. Aanzet van de oplopende straat en de steile inrit te verbeteren. Ik kon enkel langs de oprit van de buur naar parking. Zo ook voor twee wagens van de familie. Bij binnenkomst in eetplaats voelt de eettafel plakkerig aan. Goed afgewassen maar heeft niet geholpen. Enkele stopcontacten los in de muur of ontbreekt afdekplaatje. Sloten binnendeuren haperen . Kraantje wc niveau 1 lekt.

Très beau gîte, très bien situé. Certaines pièces nécéssitent un petit rafraîchissement (humidité, éclats de peinture, prises sortant du mur, refoulement des égouts). Gros manque d'équipements ( porte manteau, table de chevet, porte essui, cintre, ustensile de cuisine...)
